    Street Corn Dip
    Kesma D.

Came here to pick up a few items but, more specifically, this dip I've been eyeing the past few times I've shopped. I've been wanting to try Aldi's Street Corn dip & I saw that they also had a Lobster Roll dip so I threw that in the cart as well. The Street Corn dip has red chili spices in it so it has a little kick, but it is really good. I scooped it up with some of Aldi's Big Dippers Tortilla Chips & almost finished the entire container in one sitting. I ate the Lobster Roll dip with some Ritz crackers & that was tasty as well. I saw that they also carry a Crab Rangoon dip...I'll be back for that! It was crowded but the store was well stocked, clean (enough), and the cashiers moved at the lightning speed they're known for :-)

Aldi in Jensen Beach has been a staple of ours since we checked it out after it opened. There are some things you should be aware of before you begin your shopping experience at Aldi. First, bring a quarter. This is absolutely necessary as you'll need one to unlock your shopping cart. Yes it is different, but it actually has benefits. The carts aren't all over the parking lot (you get your quarter back when you return the cart) and they actually are decent quality carts (no wonky front wheel vibrating all the way down the aisles). Second, Aldi has their own brands on many of the products you are used to. Most of the time their in house brand is better than labels you are familiar with in other stores. Third, if you see something you want get it. Some items are seasonal or weekly so if you pass by something with the idea of coming back later it may not be there. Fourth, bring your own reusable bags. They do offer some for purchase or you can use the cardboard boxes they used to stock the shelves as they don't bag your groceries. Fifth, the aisles are wide here but can be frequently blocked during season by slow moving and spatially unaware snow birds. Use caution and patience. Knowing those important items you'll find a great variety of staples and seasonal items at this Aldi. They do have a good variety of organic produce which keeps growing and the prices on organics are quite good. After a few visits you'll notice what is on kept stocked and what rotates in and out which helps SCW and I know what we can find here and what we need to get elsewhere. This Aldi carries several Vegan specialty products under the Aldi house brand that are quite good. I like the vegan mozzarella shreds, vegan cream cheese, and the various faux meat products (meatballs are delicious) that they carry. Checkout is usually very fast, you'll load the contents of your cart onto the belt and as soon as the customer in front of you is done the friendly and kind employee (they always are in my experience) will start loading up the cart. No wasted time here. The items go straight into the cart the last customer had to minimize the time it takes to bag your items. While this may take getting used to it's very efficient. Once you are done paying simply take your cart to the bagging area, pack your items and off you go. I have, and will continue to come to this Aldi as they have great prices, quality products and efficient friendly service.

Empty shelves, low inventory, one cashier. Poor management. What are you waiting for ??

Firstly, let me add that we were hungry!!! I'm not very familiar with Culver but my teen niece told…read moreme that it was good but expensive. Now I'm not sure if this place would be considered FAST FOOD or something a little better. They don't have a "drive-thru" per se but they have a drive up order window but then you can either park in one of the designated spots and wait for them to bring you your food or you can pull up against the curve and wait as well. They will give you a numbered sticky note to place on your car. When we got to the order board, and the voice came over the speaker, she asked "what can we prepare fresh for you?" As a part of her welcome spiel. Lots of places boast freshness but we will see about that. I ordered the cod dinner (1 piece) which comes with fries, a dinner roll, and coleslaw. My husband ordered the Shrimp dinner and the kid ordered chicken tenders and fries. I was expecting a frozen piece of low quality fish with little flavor but this was actually pretty tasty! Again...I was very hungry but it actually did taste fresh! No hint of fishy-ness and it was piping hot and crispy and I thought it was really yummy. I ordered the 1 piece thinking I was just ordering something to hold me over until dinner but that one piece of fish was pretty big. I'm Glad I opted for one. My hubby and I could split a 3 piece because I felt the piece was large and thick and filling. The breading wasn't soggy either. It was nice and crunchy (I ate right away) and the fries were decent. The fries remind me of the fries they serve at Portillo's. A crisp crinkle cut with the perfect amount of salt. I truly enjoyed my food. I will add that a one piece is $10.99. My husband loved his shrimp dinner and my kid, who only eats tenders if we go to Chick-fil-a, even said hers was good. I expected her to complain but she liked them. So I guess it was a win across the board with my family. We relocated to PSL where they have Culver's so I guess I'll be eating here more often. No pics...sorry. Maybe next time when I can sit and eat instead of driving.

Definitely this is more of a burger joint with luxury prices. I got the chicken sandwich--while the…read morechicken itself was good, the portion was not very big and, to be honest, the flavor just wasn't there. My husband got the hamburger and thought it was okay, but it didn't have those wow flavors either. We went because we had a gift card and wanted to see if it could become our new go-to burger place when we're craving one. We had to wait for our order to be delivered to the car, and there was quite a long line of cars waiting for their food. Overall, it wasn't the best experience, but we might give it another try later to see if maybe the first visit was just an off day.
