I'm really trying to embrace this place so I'm gonna give it two stars instead of one. First, whoever was responsible for the opening of this site. Shame on you. Terrible job. The first couple days being open there was not enough help and lines were very long. So I waited a while and figured I'd try them out again a few days ago. You can see from my pictures that many of the shelves were empty. I hope they realize that this is a key moment for this location and opening up so rough and not having staff or food on the shelves is gonna drive people to Publix. I still have only seen one cashier working here. It seriously looks like nobody is in control or responsible. I kind of wish Winn-Dixie was back to be honest. Perhaps I'll try it again another time but right now I am less than impressed. I hope you have a better experience than I did. read more

Very good prices, fresh perishables, some unique items, but you will likely need a second stop to complete your list. read more

Very nice new, clean Aldis. Wide aisles, lots of merchandise, fresh produce. My only suggestion is to install self-checkouts. I will probably frequent the other Aldis because it has them. read more

Will never go back. One checker with19 people in line. Small selection of most items and most were poor quality. Don't get me started on the stupid 25 cent gimmick to get a cart. Who carries change. read more

This store should've never opened. Empty shelves everywhere. Four eggs laying on the refrigerated shelves, not inside a carton? No self check out. One cashier with 12 people in line. You've got one shot at a first impression. In my opinion, this was a total screwup by corporate. We love Aldi's and we're just surprised by the lack of professionalism, management, and detail . My suggestion would be to shut down for a week get your poop together and bring some corporate people in to help out the new employees, of which we only saw three in the entire store, and do a do over. This is what happens when companies Are growing too quick and jeopardize their reputation. read more

I'm very confused why now after 3 visits since the grand opening all the coolers on the west wall are all empty. All the meat coolers are empty, no chicken, beef or pork. No self checkout, yesterday they had one cashier with 6 people in line. I gave them a try, bring the Winn Dixie back. Publix should send Aldi a thank you card for insuring that all the Winn Dixie customers will now shop at Publix! read more

This store cannot keep the coolers with the meats and the milk and eggs working. I have been in this week and last week and they stay broken. what a waste of space. read more

We stopped to pick up pork chops and a bunch of groceries , got home and started to cook opened the pork chops and they were rotten the stench was so bad I triple wrapped them and took them back the following day , they gave me another pork chop we put it in the freezer and attempted to make it the following day only to open it to the same stench . I don't know why the meat wasn't checked after we came back in with bad meat but don't eat the pork my friends someone is going to get very ill and apparently they don't care . read more

Came here to pick up a few items but, more specifically, this dip I've been eyeing the past few times I've shopped. I've been wanting to try Aldi's Street Corn dip & I saw that they also had a Lobster Roll dip so I threw that in the cart as well. The Street Corn dip has red chili spices in it so it has a little kick, but it is really good. I scooped it up with some of Aldi's Big Dippers Tortilla Chips & almost finished the entire container in one sitting. I ate the Lobster Roll dip with some Ritz crackers & that was tasty as well. I saw that they also carry a Crab Rangoon dip...I'll be back for that! It was crowded but the store was well stocked, clean (enough), and the cashiers moved at the lightning speed they're known for :-) read more

Aldi in Jensen Beach has been a staple of ours since we checked it out after it opened. There are some things you should be aware of before you begin your shopping experience at Aldi. First, bring a quarter. This is absolutely necessary as you'll need one to unlock your shopping cart. Yes it is different, but it actually has benefits. The carts aren't all over the parking lot (you get your quarter back when you return the cart) and they actually are decent quality carts (no wonky front wheel vibrating all the way down the aisles). Second, Aldi has their own brands on many of the products you are used to. Most of the time their in house brand is better than labels you are familiar with in other stores. Third, if you see something you want get it. Some items are seasonal or weekly so if you pass by something with the idea of coming back later it may not be there. Fourth, bring your own reusable bags. They do offer some for purchase or you can use the cardboard boxes they used to stock the shelves as they don't bag your groceries. Fifth, the aisles are wide here but can be frequently blocked during season by slow moving and spatially unaware snow birds. Use caution and patience. Knowing those important items you'll find a great variety of staples and seasonal items at this Aldi. They do have a good variety of organic produce which keeps growing and the prices on organics are quite good. After a few visits you'll notice what is on kept stocked and what rotates in and out which helps SCW and I know what we can find here and what we need to get elsewhere. This Aldi carries several Vegan specialty products under the Aldi house brand that are quite good. I like the vegan mozzarella shreds, vegan cream cheese, and the various faux meat products (meatballs are delicious) that they carry. Checkout is usually very fast, you'll load the contents of your cart onto the belt and as soon as the customer in front of you is done the friendly and kind employee (they always are in my experience) will start loading up the cart. No wasted time here. The items go straight into the cart the last customer had to minimize the time it takes to bag your items. While this may take getting used to it's very efficient. Once you are done paying simply take your cart to the bagging area, pack your items and off you go. I have, and will continue to come to this Aldi as they have great prices, quality products and efficient friendly service. read more

I am an avid, long time (20 years) Aldi shopper. I don't mind their quirks and am happy to adjust. What I cannot accept however is how they aren't taking precautions during the current pandemic, the reason for my one star review. When I went two days ago the store was PACKED, I should not have gone in and I've used curbside before but have found it less than satisfactory. So I masked up and entered the store. You need to wipe down your own cart as Aldi is not doing it for the customers. There were signs at the entrance stating their mask requirements but upon entering the store I realize the signs were just for show. At least 10 people weren't wearing a mask, in addition I saw two employees without masks, they were obviously off the clock but both wearing their Aldi shirts and both maskless. In addition, although there are clear arrows on the floor, few were following the directive. Physical distancing was non existent, no restriction on number of customers in the store, not in the aisles, not at the long check out lines. In a state that saw 3,600 positive COVID-19 cases yesterday this is an abdication of responsibility. The customers and employees may be ignorant idiots but the corporation bears a responsibility to its customers to adhere to its own, stated rules. They can most certainly refuse service to people not wearing masks. They could fire employees for not wearing masks, they can limit number of people in the store. Unless and until Aldi takes charge I will no longer be shopping there, not that one person makes a difference but if employees and customers get sick, if the numbers in Florida continue to rise, the long term economic fallout is going to be far worse than it will be from taking some practical, pain free measures. read more

There's a learning curve to switch to brands you don't know and maybe they don't have everything there so you have to plan for that too...but I feed my family of 5 dinners at home every night and can usually do it for under 100$/week. It's worth the time to learn the in and out. Don't forget your bags (which helps the planet) and you're quarter (no more worrying about a kart hitting your car!). read more

Goods are marginal, must choose wisely in Produce , ok for immediate use but turns quickly, prices are very competitive but price is not always resins to buy, but is their main advantage over the big grocers, ie, Winn-Dixie, Publix, Kroger etc. read more

Good produce prices. Adventure in shopping. Never know what you will find. If you see it, buy it bc it might not be available next time. Large variety of cheese, dairy, and baked goods. Bring your own bags and 25 cents for shopping cart. read more
