A nice lady went into the back, got three of the frozen croissants they would use to make deli sandwiches, rang them up and sold them to me ad hoc. One of her co-workers said "I didn't even know we can do that." And the nice lady replied, "we can do anything the customer wants."

The layout of the store is kind of strange and crowded, so it was difficult to maneuver the large cart at times. It took me a bit to find some items since this isn't my regular grocery store, but I was able to find 99% of the stuff on my list. I didn't see many employees around to ask for help finding things. The garden center was a similar situation with only one person who looked to be working there. I wasn't sure which hanging baskets were for sun vs. shade, but some were labeled. They had tons of flowers, vegetables, and other plants available for sale. I can't really comment on pricing since I'm not the plant person in my household, but I'd rather support a local business like Ken's over Lowe's or some other big box store.

The one thing that they do very very well is their deli. They have a wide assortment of things like pasta salads and chicken wings etc. It's a great way to get something to round out a family dinner or get something to add to your lunch. We come here around 4-5 times a month for small things. And given the proximity and the past salad it'll likely continue to be a place we stop by.

You can find all the spices you need to make your grandmas famous dishes! So many imported goods. You can also find many different cuts of meats, hot foods and cold prepared food items for easy dinner options. Overall the store was clean and very organized. Everything was nicely displayed and the aisles were spacious. Staff was kind and friendly at checkout. Parking is easy given they do have a larger parking space compared to their previous location.
