I love their shortbread - it's so buttery and not overly sweet, which I prefer. We recently got the blueberry lemon shortbread which was the perfect summer treat. We also had a loaf of their cheddar jalapeno sourdough, which was so flavorful and has the perfect texture. I ate it toasted with butter, but I think it would make an awesome BLT. I do wish they had half loaves for sale. I know the sourdough can be frozen, but my freezer is where food goes to die, I always forget about stuff there so I try to avoid freezing stuff.
