I like Aldi's very much. YES, most of the products are names we never heard of. Aldi's guarantees their products to be just as good if not better than the name brand it looks like. For example, Burhmann's mayo is EXACTLY like Hellmanns. I usually get my family's snacks and many products we use. Not everything is perfect, but for the most part, things are fine... cheese, eggs, milk, OJ, frozen products, frozen fruit for smoothies, etc. read more

My Mom was shopping in Aldis in Delray Beach store today off Linton Blvd and after awhile I went in to check on her and she was online getting ready to pay. She was putting her groceries on the conveyor belt when this male rude cashier moved the conveyor belt up when she was only halfway through and told her she has to move faster. She's 81 years old. My Mom told him I'm sorry I'm not a young person and he just laughed. He is arrogant as hell and rude and disgusting. It was around 3:00 today. This store is in Delray Beach FL and there are a lot of elderly people in the town and if he cant have respect and patience for people then he should go work at a cemetery where the nobody will hear his rude and arrogant mouth. I call for his firing he's a horrible person. After all how fast does this idiot need to go. She felt very hurt the rest of the day and I am very upset about this. My Mom and I will never shop there ever again!!!' read more

Organic food, large and unique selection at great prices. Wish the cashiers would be a little more gentle when throwing items into the cart. read more

We love, love Aldi. We really like that they are really trying to save customers money. The fruits and veggies are super fresh and a good deal. Their cheese is very good quality european cheese at a lower cost than other stores (Irish cheese, Gouda cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, etc.). My favorite is their assortment of Belgian and German chocolates and cookies. The pasta sauces and pasta are from Italy and they are excellent. Remember to bring your own bags since they don't give plastic bags. Bring a Quarter to get a shopping cart. You will get your Quarter back when you return the cart where it belongs. We give them extra credit for trying to save the World by being eco-friendly. read more

This is a great store. We have these all over Europe and in Great Britain. They have fantastic chocolate, not at all like the bitter powdery American stuff. These stores sell mostly Green food that has little to no additives that are bad for you. Aldi sells great quality well know name brands from Europe. Good prices and good service. I always go to Aldi whenever I am back in the Hi-Tech non GM world or when I am just here in America trying to get away from the artificial steroid and E number foods. Worth going in to an Adli and looking at the labels. It will surprise you just how healthy a lot of the food is. read more

This store went from being a pumpkin to something. The remodeling is beautiful. Selection is excellent. The produce is always fresh. The staff is friendly. I have never been a huge fan of ALDI this location made it pleasant read more

Great place to shop. Always awesome prices and great selections. If you want to save about half on your grocery bill, this is the place!

Love this store. Great prices on gourmet chocolate, organic coffee beans, great wines, tasty snacks, fresh fruits and vegetables and great dairy, too. They are remodeling and I'm excited to see the new look! read more

As you can read by most of the other reviews Aldi can save you some money. But there is something people left out... I AM one of those brand-whores :) However, when I went into Aldi for the first time I stayed for an hour and went through everything. Now what I wanted to mention was their "name brand" items. Example: Their brand chips v Lays. Besides the obvious $1.19 to $4.29 you should read the packages. So many items, Aldi brand versus their name brand counter parts have LESS trans-fats, calories, additives etc. So many items we have purchased have a much shorter ingredients list and I'm talking lots. Don't listen to the ones that say no name brands and it is NOT for me. run in, read and compare. My local store also sells organic veggies. So go, bring your list, read the labels, compare and purchase. Bet you go back!! Keebler Townhouse crackers...Their Savoritz blows them away Ritz...same as above, less ingredients Oreos..... $3.00 savings and can't tell difference Kellogs Cereals... Blind test, I dare you to tell the difference Pop tarts.... good And also check out their laundry soap called Tandil. Read the reviews. SAME ingredients as Tide at half the price! Lastly... their chocolate bars... They have a coconut white chocolate with corn flakes for $1.99. It is always sold out and if you go on Ebay people sell those bars for up to $7.99 a bar!! They are that good. Again, read the labels. I know I have carried on but like I said...brand-whore here and I am just passing along a great place to try. We have saved on average $138.00 weekly compared to Publix and about $120.00 compared to Walmart or Target. Oh, and for the people who were not happy with the bag it yourself theme.... really? Takes 2 minutes and I know when I get home that my eggs are safe and that my pie is not turned on its side so it fits in the bag! read more

Nothing fancy here, but really good prices on produce which is great for me. Lots of great deals to be had storewide, it's a bit out of my way otherwise I'd visit more often! read more

MUCH CHEAPER THAN WALMART. example 8 oz cream cheese 1.19 walmart 1.90. milk 2.85 a gallon. 3 pd tube margerine 2.00. etc etc etc.. bring you own cash,or debit card, food stamps. and bags. this is a generic store but the savings are amazing last week a pt of blueberries was 1.65. wow. the beat walmart on 95% of there stock and you save a lot. imagine what you save over publics. not a sevice store you have to help yourself read more

First thought had after walking in was "odd". You see items that are familiar because of the packaging but they have different names. Everything is a generic version of the familiar items. Anyways, I usually walk straight to the produce section because you can find some awesome deals. They have the shopping carts where you put in a quarter to un-attach it from the other carts. Totally reminds me of the grocery stores in NY. Also, you need to bring your own shopping bags. (I love this concept) read more

My favorite grocery ever. I go to Aldi every six weeks and love it. The best things to get are the frozen and canned. Not a huge fan of fresh anything there. They have delicious gluten free crackers that i stock up on as well as their own brand of coffee, cheese, sandwich thins, frozen veggies, etc. You can buy one month of groceries for what you pay for one week of groceries in any Manhattan supermarket. Yay Aldi!!!!! read more

Aldi has the best snacks. Their chocolate bars are the best. I normally buy Lindt when there is no Aldi store available, but if I can find an Aldi, I buy Roch Moser. read more

Very much of a bargain basement feel and I definitely wouldn't expect to complete an entire shopping list here... However I understand that their organic selection is expanding so it's definitely worth stopping in if in the area. Found organic crackers, kale, canned beans and almond milk during my quick walk through and the prices can't be beat. The cashier was very friendly, especially as I didn't realize they don't accept credit cards. I will stop in again to further check out their organic products. Be sure to bring reusable shopping bags as they don't bag your groceries either (which isn't a bad thing, this will motivate me to not forget them in the car as I usually do). read more

Produce is not fresh I just moved to delray from boynton and I use to go to farmer market in Boca produce here is horrible

Good store, pretty clean. Sometimes low on stock on certain items and sometimes very busy. They only take cash or debit and bring your own bags like Costo. read more

I love this store, I don't mind bringing my own bags, it saves our landfills a lot of money. A quarter is not a problem, it saves money in hiring a cart person, which is passed unto us. I love their products, not use to the brand names, just try them their as good and in some cases better than name brands were used to. tha cashier are a lot faster. If ever [very seldom] their is a problem, the manager corrects it, no questions asked. My home is N.H. and I winter in Fl. I'm lucky to have an Aldi in both towns. read more

Great prices and ever improving selection, especially in the natural foods area. Could use more checkout personnel however. Great wine prices as well. read more

Wont support this place. They treat there employees like garbage. They get timed on how fast they scan just to please the customer. Sometimes they don't get any breaks. They have to do the job of at least three people. Raise the prices on the products and treat your people like humans. worst store ever built on American ground. People think oh they get to sit. Work there for a day I'm sure you wouldn't last. I don't work here and never will or will I never shop. read more

I live close to the Aldi's in Delray and shop there once a week for dairy and gluten free items. They always seem to have the store in a disorderly fashion and items out of place or open bags of produce that seem to be picked over. On a recent trip to Ithaca, NY we went to an Aldi's and was totally impressed by cleanliness, stock, fresh produce and meat. They had many more employees than in the Delray store. If I lived neat this Aldi's I would be there for everything. From what I understand the Aldi's world headquarters in very close to Delray. Maybe the executives there could do a field trip and see what is going on in that store???? Please fix it. read more

I love the store concept, the products and the savings, but there are a few things that need improvement. The Delray store front outside area, near the carts is very sloppy with papers and trash. The savings here are very good though the checkout people go too fast and sometimes charge you for something twice. They are not allowed to put things in bags, even if the bags are in your cart laid out. I understand they need to go fast so that the lines don't build up, but they should also be more polite to customers and more careful when ringing things up. There was no one behind us in line and the checkout person was still speeding to ring up my order. It made the shopping experience a bit stressful. read more

I am sorely disappointed in Aldi, at first I thought it was a pleasure. I have been to numerous stores, and I become more disalusioned. I have gone to the aldi in Lake Worth 3 TIMES asking for the chicken breast on sale. I have yet to find the items that are on sale. read more

I just moved from Chicago thrilled to see aldi has finally made it to s fla.! I am on limited. Funds with feeding 6 people and places like jewels - here publix are too expensive to do all grocery shopping at. Even Walmart is getting too pricey. Besides going to the spanish stores for good meats at good prices aldi stores are a god sent. S floridians are very lucky to have this chain come to town. With many years experience shopping at aldi stores I can tell u dairy is a steal so are breads shrimp and frozen fish is very good and well priced. Most foods are very comparable to name brand, however toiletries soaps and such are good when u r in a pinch. Over all I recommend this to anyone trying to save on your groceries and you will save, once u shop here u won't want to go anywhere else read more
