I was there last night to buy 3 things & hopefully get $30 cash. I was going to go to the bank which is further away, but needed to be home ASAP because my husband has a terminal disease & I can't leave him for very long. I went to the self check out thinking I could get cash from that machine after i paid for my items, cause I noticed it was very busy & didn't want to disturb the clerk, Kara. I didn't realize I couldn't do that so I pushed the help button. She started screaming at me from over 2 checkout lanes, that I couldn't use cash on that machine. Everyone turned around to look at me, I felt like I was a criminal. I did nothing wrong because I didn't know that. So I stood in line at her checkout behind a lady & her son & she was as sweet as pie to them, even though they're cart was full to the top. I waited patiently & said I was sorry she was the only cashier there during a Holiday weekend. It didn't change her horrible demeanor towards me. I was so shook up....I will go elsewhere to spend my money. Target is lowering there prices & I can receive 5% discount paying for my groceries there. I don't know why they put only one clerk on duty especially on a Holiday weekend? I hope Kara can get some help for her stress & anger issues or a different unstressful job.
