The asada was juicy, tender, and had that smoky, slightly charred flavor that tells you it just came off the grill. The al pastor was even better. A little sweet, perfectly spiced, with crispy edges and just the right amount of pineapple to balance the rich pork. It tasted like it was cut straight off a trompo. And the red salsa? Incredible, So good. Smoky, spicy, and it hits you with a slow burn that makes everything pop even more. It's a super casual setup, just a few tables inside the market but the food is legit.
