I had such a hurtful experience at ProMusic Plus. We recently moved to Weston and my 7-year-old son…read morewas eager to resume his piano lessons. We searched the web for a nearby music school and came across ProMusic Plus in Weston. However, the excitement diminished into hurt this past Friday, five minutes into the lesson my son started complaining that he wasn't feeling well and wanted to go home. The manager/owner said sorry he is not well, but I already paid the instructor for the 30 minutes and will not be able to refund or reschedule his lesson. When she realized I wasn't backing down from this unfair policy, she said I don't want any trouble so I will refund you 1/2 for the session. She missed the point entirely! This customer service experience was hurtful and disappointing as I felt like she wasn't sympathetic to the fact that my son wasn't well, instead she was annoyed that she was losing money for the session. As a fellow business owner, I know how vital it is to provide a fantastic customer experience to all customers. Sadly, the owner of ProMusic Plus doesn't feel the same.

It's an amazing experience to be able to participate in a class with your children and to watch them grow and learn. We've taken so many aspects of the class home with us! Frances' class is one of our favorite parts of the week and we plan going for years to come!

We are blessed to have found such a loving community! My daughter starts the Performance Band Program next week, thankfully! She's been missing the staff, since Summer camp ended 2 weeks ago. In terms of her progress, now not only does she sing & play guitar, but is learning bass & piano, & is hoping to learn drums soon! I see her truly motivated, which was hard to see since the start of the pandemic! Not only is she learning and having fun in a safe environment, but she is motivated and happy! Sabina, Teddy, Robert, Dylan & Jasmine are part of the School of Rock family in North Miami and my daughter loves them all! The School goes out of its way to keep everyone safe with their safety precautions. They wear masks, maintain a safe distance, encourage washing & sanitizing hands. We're looking forward to seeing them again next week to continue this Rock & Roll journey!
