What an amazing establishment. My 8 year old son has been coming here for about a year and loves every minute of it. He is currently taking piano lessons and now also wants to take up violin. His instructors Vincent and AJ are simply amazing. They love kids and you can feel they love to teach. They encourage my son to learn and strive to be better at the piano. Liz, the owner, is so accommodating and understands the needs of the students. She puts the students ahead of her own business needs. As I wait for my sons lessons to end, I see all the instructors meeting with the parents after each lesson and they are so encouraging, inspiring, upbeat and helpful. It is a comfort to see this. You can feel they love what they do. I would have no doubts with my son learning from any instructor at ProMusic Plus. 5 stars for sure! read more

I wish I could give promusic more than five stars, this place is truly more than just a store front, it is a family. I have been a student of promusic for the past 4 years and I can't imagine my life without my teachers and the manager Liz, everyone at promusic is absolutely amazing. Also regarding the situation with the sick child, I was there and the situation that transpired looked very different than described from my point of view. His teacher sat outside with the child while the mother was on the way. Nothing but love and care was being shown to the child and the situation seemingly was handled flawlessly by Liz despite the anger displayed by the mother. I am giving ProMusic Plus and Jason a 5 star rating for the following 2 reasons: First, Jason is a fantastic teacher. He understands my strengths and weaknesses and adjusts his teaching accordingly. I truly feel like I make progress after every session as he keeps challenging me with the write flamenco pieces that will help me improve my skills. Secondly, the entire staff is very friendly, and on top of their logistics (class scheduling, payments etc.) making the experience very smooth. I highly recommend ProMusic Plus for lessons! Both of my sons have been students here for over 3 years--violin, drums and bass guitar. The teachers are incredibly talented and really instill the love of music to their students. I love that Liz, the owner, adds such a heartfelt and personal touch to her business by getting to know the students and their families. My son also is part of the music school's Garage Band and that experience has been so positive and the community loves to watch them perform. This Music Academy is honestly the best store you could go to. The owner is the sweetest person you'll meet. She greets all the customers like they were family. The staff and teachers are both skillful and passionate as well. They all help each other in different ways. Liz is always looking out for the best of each and every customer. She is a good and kindhearted person not to only customers but to her staff as well. I recently went into ProMusic Plus and was immediately greeted by Liz and Mellissa. They were so friendly and inviting. Liz asked me if I needed any help. At first i was just there for guitar strings but started to look around they have amazing instruments & accessories there. I ended up buying a couple things from this establishment. ProMusic Plus is an excellent Music Store/Academy. Although I have never met Liz the owner I do know the Store Manager at this location. This place is wonderful to bring your friends, family, and neighbors. They have many skillful teachers here that teach multiple instruments. They cater to all forms of music. My daughter plays acoustic and electric guitar, I play the cello and my husband plays blues guitar. They have a great selection of diverse teachers.
