The basket was breathtaking, fresh, beautifully arranged and ribbon was personalized with dog bones and puppy feet (as I had told them it was for a dog breeder) never expected that personal touch. They took the time to inquire about exactly what I wanted and offered info on their stock to help me decided. There is nothing better than the personalized warmth you get from a small business. I had no idea. She took the card but asked them to take the flowers back. The owner called me and told me what had happened and told me he had refunded my money. I was really surprised.
