I can not tell you how impressive this shop is. A 30ml can run from 15$ to 25$ around. Always 15 or less. I've been so convinced of the quality in they're juice I've stuck with 2 the 3 years I've been with cloud 9. All of their employees are not only knowledgeable, but super cool and always remember my name. A biggie in customer service. Any random question I have is answered with a good answer plus reasonable conversation, invested, heartfelt convo!. If I need a specific, they go above and beyond to satisfy me. If I have a complaint, I've literally been so shocked on what Vince and friends will do to make me a happy vapor, it's something I've never seen. Free water, free candy, LOYALTY CARDS!!!! No WAIT LINE!! Dude the loyalty cards and the dice roll is a little show of appreciation to a habitual juice buyer. Which can be frustrating to a vice habit. Out of every service and product I've ever needed in St.George, Cloud9 is high in the clouds compared to my preferred grocery store. GOOD! This place is across the border in Arizona. I called the shop and got their exact address and the clerk on the phone was super nice. This place was easy to find. As of May 2021, they are located at 325 N Maple Street. There is lots of parking in front of their store. The staff was welcoming when we walked in. A section of it is a smoke shop. You have to show ID to go into that part. Great selection of just about anything you could want as far as a smoke shop goes. The rest of the store has a little bit of everything: food, drinks (including beer), snacks, gloves for construction, fishing and camping items, lots of misc stuff. So then I thought, why the 1.5 stars on Yelp? Then I looked. 20 of the 31 reviews were from different people, dated 4/23-24/2018 talking about racists bumper stickers. I didn't even notice bumper stickers, if they did had them? And it drives me nuts when one person is offended or bothered by a business then tells all their friends, who have never been there, some who have not even ever written a Yelp review, to write a bad review.
