I laid on my side while the turtle was being done and I couldn't see. The tattooist finished and I looked down and he put a brown turtle on me, but put a splash outline of teal. Now, he put permanent ink on my body. I didn't want my turtle outlined, I didn't ask for it. And there was no misunderstanding what I asked for, I was clear. I will never ever recommend.

He charged $200 an hour when I started then after two years changed his pricing from 1/2 day for $600 which is up to 3 hours of work, anything over 3 hours is $900. I typically last about 3-4 hours a session, he did not keep my original pricing. Maybe this is the going rate, but he talks so much during your session that you may only get 2 hours of work and it may be only a small amount of work. He also went over the same area twice and charged me a session. When you get there you have to wait at least and hour for him to prep his supplies while you listen to him talk about how great he his and how he knows everything. His work is not anything that you cannot get from another artist. He may have been something years ago, but other artists now do what he does. My last session he worked for four hours but barely had the needle in me he was too busy talking to the other artist. The other artist shades in a whole entire leg piece in less time then Marcus did a 5x5 area that was only filling in some areas. I have told him I want to be completed within two sessions, he agreed then said he was adding another. So when I went to pay he tried to get me to charge $900 I sad no, that he talked for two hours and it was not enough work to pay $900. He got pissed and started throwing things around. I left paying$600. I texted his "assistant". Telling them I no longer wanted to work with him and wanted my $200 deposit back. She said he was keeping it to pay for the difference in what I paid. he should have said that the day before and it is not in the contract that he can do that. Now she ignores my texts. WARNING.... He will take advantage of you, is not professional, and there is nothing special about his work.this is not how you treat a client of two years that has paid you over 10k!!!

Customer service was horrible on the first go around…read more I saw the art of one of the artists and came back because it was good. My tattoo is horrible. There is no saturation, there are breaks in the outline and just horrible. I have had people look at my friends and mine - by the same artist and literally cringe in disbelief. I am allowed on free touch up. It can be done at the "convenience" of the artist. I am being told M-W only. I called today (Wednesday) to get it fixed and he was very rude. At this point I am stuck with most likely paying another $300 to get it covered up.
