Got my nose pierced a little over a month ago at Fat Kats. Received a corkscrew style nose ring…read more(which I've now learned are not ideal for new piercings as they often cause irritation). I was handed a general instructions paper, told to wash with Softsoap and sent on my way. No mention of a follow up. Did some of my own research and found I should be cleaning with sterile saline wound care instead. A couple of weeks went by and I started to develop the dreaded irritation bump. Tried my best for 2 weeks to handle it at home to no avail. Made an appointment elsewhere to get it looked at and to possibly switch the jewelry. Come to find out, they confirmed A) Tanya should have never used the corkscrew style on me and B) that Tanya pierced me at a horrible angle which was causing much of the irritation! They suggested I take it out, let it heal, and they will re-pierce me once it's healed. This business also offers follow up appointments to see how it's doing after about 4-6 weeks (something Fat Kats never mentioned as an option...they also only take walk-ins). Very disappointed in what I received at Fat Kats for $45 and I will not be back nor do I recommend going there to anyone else. I hope this helps someone from avoiding what I went through. *Wrote this review on Google and was blamed by the owner for my "hypertrophic scar" and they defended the choice of jewelry. Sad excuse for a business! Should have offered to make it right instead of turn the blame on your customer.*

There is no saturation, there are breaks in the outline and just horrible. I have had people look at my friends and mine - by the same artist and literally cringe in disbelief. I am allowed on free touch up. It can be done at the "convenience" of the artist. I am being told M-W only. I called today (Wednesday) to get it fixed and he was very rude. At this point I am stuck with most likely paying another $300 to get it covered up.

Had one tatt done and have had to have it perfected by another artist. I have other tatts, this one was just poorly done and the scarring was notably worse than the others. Stacey boasts "20 years of experience, I'm not sure if she's referring to waitressing or telemarketing, but it definitely isn't in tattoo art. I can't say anything (good or bad) about the other artists there, but if this Art Angels is anything like the last one, the turnover will be never ending and you'll be lucky to see the same artist twice.

Purchased jewelry from the very friendly girl at the front counter. A simple labret for my tragus…read morepiercing. The piercer wasn't there at the time so she said I could come back later for help getting it in. Came back a few hours later and the piercer very rudely told the receptionist that she didn't have the "tools" to do it and I could come back next week... It's a small jewel that screws into a peg. It requires fingers. I just can't see it to do it myself. The peg was already in my ear. Needed help screwing the jewel in. Would have taken 8 seconds. I was literally standing in her line of vision- And she didn't even come out to talk to me or nicely try to explain it herself. I rode down to Fat Kats got that done, and got my dermal top changed all in about 5 minutes- S&S doesn't even offer dermals. Sorry I even spent the money on the jewelry here. Will not be coming back.
