There is no saturation, there are breaks in the outline and just horrible. I have had people look at my friends and mine - by the same artist and literally cringe in disbelief. I am allowed on free touch up. It can be done at the "convenience" of the artist. I am being told M-W only. I called today (Wednesday) to get it fixed and he was very rude. At this point I am stuck with most likely paying another $300 to get it covered up.

My son pointed out a couple of pairs that he thought I may like and she was extremely helpful on the size and styles. She was informative about other pieces as well which definitely had me feeling comfortable with buying jewelry from this company. Banter is a typical mall jewelry store but it's actually so nice. We picked out two pairs with ease and I left feeling extremely satisfied. The quality of these pieces are quite nice and the pricing is very reasonable. She never introduced herself and was very abrupt. I called her out on it and then she started yelling and shouting that she had mouth surgery and that she is French. No excuse whatsoever! Customer service is paramount! Especially, for something that is so personal! I received my deposit back and quickly left very disappointed!! I have never ever received such poor customer service in my entire life!! Never!!

Had one tatt done and have had to have it perfected by another artist. I have other tatts, this one was just poorly done and the scarring was notably worse than the others. Stacey boasts "20 years of experience, I'm not sure if she's referring to waitressing or telemarketing, but it definitely isn't in tattoo art. I can't say anything (good or bad) about the other artists there, but if this Art Angels is anything like the last one, the turnover will be never ending and you'll be lucky to see the same artist twice.
