Jessica is the sole masseuse that works wonders with her hands and provides you comfort and relieves all the stress, dull pains and aches. I originally came here probably less than a year ago when my lower back went out along with a series of right side gluteus Maximus pains from the chiropractor. I used a Groupon for this to try it out. Glad I did!! Jessica worked her way through the muscles and knew where to pinpoint. She told me when to breathe for the parts that was going to be a killer but worth it! Along with her magic masseuse hands she has a wonderful persona. I have used Jessica's massage service twice before and it was good and that's why I went there again even though it was like 30 minutes away from my home. But this time, it went bizarre!! Beware!!! You can only book appointment online but CANNOT change/cancel online and you will never get hold of them over their advertised business number. If you leave a message a few times, you will get a response and you think its all good and taken care of, or so I thought. And this is how it went when I went on re-scheduled time... I went there at 6:30pm for my 6:45pm appointment and wondering why the spa was closed..waited for 10 minutes in the hotel lobby and gave Jessica call on the number that was on the board outside the spa. She said she is almost there, I said OK. She came in a minute after that and opened the doors. I said how are you? and just continued the conversation about how I was wondering why it was closed and was explaining that..didn't even finish.. she says "I feel like you are attacking me, you can return your groupon"!. I didn't even understand what she was talking about..wondering what groupon...I said, "sorry, what?". She says, "I have right to refuse service, I don't need to be here 20 minutes before the scheduled time and I don't like to be in this space right now". I am like, wondering why she is going this route for no reason at all. I was thinking, may be she has issues following my accent or something..I tried to explain that she had no reason to think that I was attacking her in any way and that I was merely wondering and making a conversation and left as I wasn't going to use her service after being told, I am refusing service to you. I have nothing to make sense of that, except it was like a revenge of cancelling earlier appointment. Like I said, I have used Jessica's massage service twice before once with groupon and once without and I am not sure what is the matter with her this time! Gary Whittington is the most gifted massage therapist in the valley. For many years he was the most requested therapist at the most exclusive spa in Arizona. Prices there were way out of my price range. Now Gary has a new place to work his magic with prices that are affordable to everyone. I have many health issues that are responding in a positive way to his treatment program, geared specifically for my needs and issues. Although, I have arthritis in my neck, back, hands and other places I literally dance my way out after a 90 min. treatment and remain pain free for several days. For me, this is a miracle! *DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FOR A MASSAGE* My sister bought a Groupon for a one hour massage as a Christmas gift for myself. Since I am not a first time guest, I was told by Jessica I could not use it and I could gift it to someone else. Jessica even said I could not even get credit for it. So I gave the Groupon to my mother to use. She went to use the Groupon and Jessica gave her a hard time regarding the Groupon. She wanted my mom to show it was "redeemed." Since it was a gift, my mom could not click the "redeem" button. Jessica then lied to my mother saying that I could have gotten credit for the Groupon towards a massage for myself. My mother did receive a massage, however it was only for 30 minutes NOT an hour. Jessica did not offer to re-schedule it. This is not how you conduct business. My mom was not given the full credit of the Groupon. Beware when trying to use a Groupon here... what a bad experience here. I would recommend going somewhere else for a massage. read more

****DO NOT BUY GROUPON DEAL; HONESTLY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM A SPA**** I purchased a Groupon Gift voucher for my sister as a Christmas gift for this spa. My sister went in to use it and since she was a prior customer she was not allowed to use it, which is understandable. However, she told my sister I could gift it to someone else. I chose to give it to my mom. My mom went in to use the gift voucher and the masseuse, Jessica, told my mom she was no longer taking the groupon vouchers since she was having difficulties with them. Instead of providing the service which the groupon was valid for, which was 60 minutes, Jessica only did 30 minutes since she did not have time to fulfill the entire service. I contacted Groupon reference this incident and they advised this should not have happened and they would be investigating the matter. Even if there was a miscommunication or difficulty between the Spa/Jessica and Groupon, why should the customer suffer and not get what they were promised when they paid? This is the worst customer service I have experienced at a spa. I HIGHLY DO NOT, DO NOT, recommend this spa. Save your money to a more respectable business. read more

I am a huge believer in MASSAGE therapy after finding out how important it is for people that work out a few years ago. I have had a few really fantastic massages, but they have been few and far between. Along with the fact that I work out, I also have some issues I was born with, which causes additional wear and tear as I age. I found this therapist on a Groupon! Normally I only used those for entertainment, but noticed this therapist just kept popping up with tons of awesome reviews! I decided to give her a try just based on those reviews. Purchased one thinking I didn't want to waste money on the special which included two at a discount. As soon as she started my massage, I regretted not purchasing the two! I have to admit I did send my son first, figuring he is a REAL athlete and full of muscle so would know if she were good or not.(us moms like to use our kids as guinea pigs!). His review was that she DEFINITELY knew what she was doing, and he was actually vocal about it. He doesn't talk much so that means she was awesome! I am having my third massage today. Jessica totally rocks and what I love is that she knows exactly where to massage in order to relieve the discomfort, which is never where you think it should be! I had a massage with Jessica after my husband raved about her. He was right. I have multiple medical conditions, including fibromyalgia and spinal stenosis, among other degenerative spinal issues, which makes it difficult to find a massage therapist that doesn't cause more inflammation. This was not a relaxing, Swedish type of massage, although I'm sure she could do that. It was a therapeutic massage that was painful at times, but provided significant relief afterwards. If the pressure was too firm, she listened and adapted. All I needed to do was say so. Another thing i liked is that she didn't chat during the massage. If I spoke, she did too, but otherwise she simply worked, which allowed me to concentrate on relaxing my muscles. She used a variety of techniques and showed a genuine interest in making me feel better. I haven't used the spa's other services, but everyone was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. I can't afford massages often, but I will be saving up because Jessica's worth it. read more
