I love their teas so much. I've been trying to find the brand of wolf berry tea they use forever and I always strike out. They are kind enough to make the tea I like that isn't on their menu right now. My wife loves their cookies also. I grew up in NWA but now live on the west coast. Every time I come home to visit, a stop at Alchemy is a must! My sister and I love coming here to pick out flavors for our box--we always get the new flavors plus some of our favorites. My go-to flavors are the red velvet, lemon, and raspberry. My sister's favorites are the pink champagne and salted caramel. The new ones we tried today were lemon blueberry and key lime. They all have perfect texture, the flavors are always spot on, and these macarons far exceed any other macarons we've tried anywhere else! Can't say enough good things about this place. They are able to be successful by only having macarons and tea because they are THAT good. I don't usually get their tea because I frequently visit Savoy down the street, but they have many tea options available to choose from. We usually get a box of 6 or 12, but they also do cute little gift boxes that hold 2 macarons. Make sure to come here whenever you're in Fayetteville! This is the only macaron store in the country I'll drive 10 hours to visit. Actually, 9 hours to visit my sister in Rogers, but the extra hour or so to Fayetteville is well worth the trip! Macarons seem to be trendy these days, but if you go searching for the perfect bite (like me), you'll find that most of the patisseries or bakeries that sell them fly them in frozen, thaw them out and then sell them as their own. The only note I have is that their website lists flavors, but they're not always accurate. I really wanted to try a Smores one, but they were out-of-season and had Pumpkin Spice instead. And the flavor is even better. You have to try the Razorback, chocolate, and pistachio. If you are less adventurous the lemon was pure bliss. Pricey but if you've ever researched how to make them you would agree it's worth it. Huge selection of loose tea. Absolutely awesome macaroons and customer service. The macaroons are the star of the show here but you are definitely going to pay for them. Each macaroon cost $2.20 and there is a tiny price break if you buy in bulk but not much. They have a great selection and a lot of really good flavors. We ended up getting about 6 and every one of them were truly amazing. They are light, fluffy, very flavorful, and were so fresh. That is my game plan for a great macaroon. The beautiful young lady behind the counter was awesome as well. I don't think the entire time we were in there she ever stopped smiling and she truly has a great smile. She just has a wonderful way about her and beams with positive vibes. If these didn't cost so much and make people so fat, I'd eat at least 100 of them a day. The tea is also extremely pricey as well. The bad news is the treadmill will be happy to see you the next day but at least you got to enjoy them. read more
