Within a few hours I received a call from Steve, whose call I initially missed when I was out in the yard. I called him back and left another message. He called me back within 10 minutes! Steve was so pleasant and easy to talk to. I don't normally feel so comfortable talking and asking questions to service men, but Steve was so nice and was a great listener to what I needed done. He discussed over the phone what he believed the issue was and explained the jargon so I could easily understand. He was able to come out next day to complete the repair on what turned out to be just the grounding outlet in my master bathroom. When he showed up he was punctual, friendly, and timely with the work he did. He was clean and respectful of my home (he brought booties to put on his shoes inside my house!) and his pricing was extremely reasonable for the work done. Thank you Steve for being more than a service man, but a good gentleman who takes pride and care in his work and customers! Hopefully we won't need to use him again anytime soon, but for any other work we need he's our first call!

I'm a very happy customer of Mr. Electric. I'd used other Yelp! reviews to decide to call, and wow!…read moreThey delivered. I even got two other quotes and went with the best value. They even let me supply parts and had a few that I needed. I'm so happy it was all swiftly accomplished, and my home is ready for my family to enjoy. James showed up right on time and as I told him, he batted 1,000. I had a fairly long list of items like he installed an old school doorbell transformer and chime (which involved tracking down wire runs from the attic), install a small wall light fixture, and swap in multiple wall dimmers and switches. I'm a tech type guy and was impressed by his skill and speed, and we chatted a little (he had a great sense of humor, too). So 5 great big golden stars for and thanks so much to Mr. Electric of K.C.!
