They recommended a fix for our under-deck drainage, added a deck extension board, attached guttering, and patched some leaks in our under-deck ceiling. They were quick to respond and quick to get started. I recommend and would use them again. read more

Poor job installing gutters. Gaps from downspout to gutter, along with metal wrap gaps from the facia. Called them to take a look at my concerns and and to fix the issues. Took me several weeks of calls to get the owner to come out. When he finally did, he brought entire crew, and was extremely rude. He stepped out of his truck his first words were "you go to be kidding me. this is what you called me out here about." "I thought you had bigger problems than this." "you know I charge $250 per hour." I replied that it was his job to make it right and if I was dissatisfied it is his job to fix the problems. I never asked him to bring his entire crew, and he never asked what the problems were before coming out. He was rude the entire visit and made threats as well. It was the worst customer service I have ever had with a contractor. After speaking with several people in the community, they were not surprised by his behavior. And other contractors had to come in and fix previous gutter installation jobs. I would not recommend this company for work. read more

Slote guttering did more than i asked they had the best price and were very professional i will use them when i need a roof

Slote Guttering crew was very friendly yet professional. However, they didn't always show up when they said they would, and didn't have the curosity to call. And they didn't always work full days. When job next to finished and he recieved his payment, they didn't come back to finish job. we still have a few things that need finishing or replacing. We have called a couple times and was promised they'd be here "nrxt week". Well, next week hasn't gotten here yet. Had some things that had to be reordered from lumber yard, which sat there for two weeks until we picked it up ourselves. We will install it ourselves just to have that part finished. Will NOT recommend this company to anyone. read more
