Hour and half past given appointment time still no show from guzzi. Called their office and they said they will Have the estimator called me. Never received a call back from anyone. I left voice mails/emails. Very unprofessional!! I then proceeded to call D&L concrete creations 732-580-1669 who came out to my residence within an hour, took measurements, showed me pictures of their work and I received an estimate within 24 hrs. Now that's very professional.

I have a large driveway, and due to my husband recently suffering a heart attack, it was very important that we had reliable snow removal service. He came at 5:00 a.m., but when I went outside at 8:00 a.m., there were still approximately six inches of snow on the driveway. By 11:00 a.m., I called to ask if he would be returning to properly clear it. He never came back. It continued snowing until 4:00 p.m., and my husband and I were forced to shovel the driveway ourselves. It was an exhausting and difficult experience, especially given my husband's health condition. A service that was not properly provided, yet he is now requesting $100 for work that was not completed.
