You are greeted and asked if you need help - if you do, they take you right to the section and help you find exactly what you need. I've come in with some random requests, and the associates are great about helping you troubleshoot. In December of last year (it's now December again, so apparently, we have a pattern), we purchased paint and supplies for the main living areas of our house. When I went in last December, Mark asked about the project and helped me find exactly the finish and color that would work for my end goal. He didn't make me feel rushed or like a nuisance. Here we are a year later, painting one of the bedrooms we havn't yet tackled, and of course, we went back to Ace! I didn't take nearly as long to figure out what I wanted this time, but I know they would have been just as helpful and patient as last year if I needed the help. Highly recommend!
