I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. I gave the shop multiple opportunities to help me resolve the issues with my Dodge Journey before leaving this review.
The first time I brought my car in, I was told everything was good after the oil change. Shortly after picking it up, I ended up stuck in the middle of the road at night and had to have the car towed back to the shop.
I then paid over $1,200 for additional repairs because the car was overheating and a part was melting. I was told the car had been driven and the problem was resolved. A few days later, the check engine light came back on. I was told to bring it back so they could clear the light, even though I had just paid for repairs that were supposed to fix the problem.
The entire reason I spent this money was because I needed the car repaired so it could pass inspection. Instead, I continued having problems. After the repairs, the car also started struggling whenever I turned on the AC, which was not an issue I had before.
Then the coolant warning came on again, and I had to stop driving because I was afraid of damaging the car or getting stranded again.
Between the oil change, towing, and repairs, I spent over $1,500 dealing with this. I sent a detailed message explaining everything and asking for a call so we could figure out how to resolve it. I never received a call back.
Cars can have complicated problems, and I understand that a repair does not always go as expected. What I cannot understand is spending this much money, continuing to have problems, and then not even receiving a phone call back when I reached out for help.
I really wanted to give this shop the opportunity to make things right before leaving a review, but unfortunately, I never heard back. read more
