I had taken delivery from Denooyer new. Upon further inspection, even though tires are still in excellent condition the wear patterns look like the tires had never been rotated. Something I paid extra for. My mistake was apparently that I was seeing familiar faces from Caron Chevrolet the service level continuing. I believe I shall be moving on to somewhere else.

I had the car towed to Auto Lab of Marshall and spoke with Adam the next day about the possibility of a new engine repair. After the team took a look, Adam was clear about the price of a new engine and labor to let me know my options. I ultimately decided on buying a new car but Adam really helped to make a stressful situation more manageable as I juggled work and looked for a new car in the mean time. He was clear, professional, and needless to say, very helpful. I'd recommend you give them a shout, they helped me out in a pinch. Thanks again!

I bought a used motorhome in Coldwater last August. Found Courtesy online, seemed good from…read morereviews. Thought they would be able to give me an overall inspection and take care of what service was needed knowing there were some things to be done. There was a wiring issue, they assured me they could deal with that. I told them I would be driving it to Florida in the winter, so I needed it to be ready to go. I specifically asked them to make sure the transmission fluid and servicing was good. So, I picked up the motorhome drove it back home to Bay City. I knew it would be needing tires. I discovered that the repair facility let me roll out of there with 50 lb when there should have been a hundred and five pounds of air pressure. You know what happens when there's a bad tire issue on a motorhome? It's not pretty! Then, on the trip down to Florida, there was a mysterious transmission issue. Seemed to resolve itself. Now, I'm driving back from Florida, and transmission issue reappeared yesterday driving through Knoxville, about halfway. Overheating, and error codes. Got into the Allison automatic repair facility. Transmission needs complete servicing, NEVER SERVICED SINCE NEW, and there's an issue with a speed sensor. So, Courtesy truck repair charged me about $1,300 for an oil change, and a cobbled electrical repair, that's probably going to need attention in the future. Based on my experience, AVOID THIS PLACE!
