Yeah, it's a grocery store so I'm not sure how many people are stoked about reading reviews but we've been frequent customers for over ten years and we love this place. Things are well stocked, the place is clean and aisles roomy, employees and management are great and they actually interact their customers instead of just talking with each other when they're ringing you up (Staters on Hidden Springs). Customer service with a frown ! I complained for several months in a row that they were out of my favorite beverage. They continue to disappoint. Seth in the deli was very rude and short with me. I had been waiting for some fresh fried chicken for 15 min while it cooked then when it was ready he assisted 3 other people before me even tho he knew I was waiting by the time I got to order the batch he had just fried was completely gone and he wanted me to wait an additional 20 min. I heard him tell the person in front of me that he had added additional pieces to make up for the wait time. When I tried to speak to a manger I was told there was not one on duty at the time and to come back later. Very disappointed in my treatment. read more

Worst bakery service. If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would. Ordered a birthday cake for my daughters 18th bday one week in advance for Mar 31. Donna, who took my order wrote 2 different dates for pick up. Donna wrote SATURDAY March 31. March 31 is on a FRIDAY! So when my husband arrived to get the cake Friday morning, no cake had been made. Very disappointed. The woman told my husband he could choose from one of the cakes they had in the case already made. Seriously?! They had an entire week and they never checked the dates! Completely disappointed that the one time I switch from the usual place I get my cakes from, I chose Albertsons and they ruined the day. Won't make that mistake again!! read more

While in the store picking up a few things for dinner for the 4th, a couple came in with no masks. While we were being served by the butcher, the female approached the counter, interrupted and stood right on top of us. The butcher never confronted the customer about not wearing a mask or social distancing. The couple then stood in the package meat area and picked up several packages, smelling them and putting them back down. The female then reached into her cart and starting eating take out food she had brought into the store. Before I could get to a store manager to report it, there was an announcement about masks being required. The couple separated and she ditched in to the bathroom. We finished our shopping and headed to the register. There we found them standing in line loading their groceries at the check out stand. Again, the clerk ringing up their groceries said nothing. The security staff said nothing. There were several opportunities for this to be addressed in the store and they failed to do so. Everyone else, including children wore masks in the store. If you are going to post rules at the front of your store, they should be enforced. You put your employees and your customers at risk. read more

Went in today the day before thanksgiving it was packed not even any carts available to use. That is the only reason I'm giving at 4 star because other then that they had everything I needed and they had every lane open so my wait was super quick! Was in and out in about 15 mins. Alkaline water went on sale for almost half the price of what I normally pay so I ordered 20 cases. When I went back to the store to inquire about the order, they were stacked up in the storeroom ready to be picked up. Jose did the ordering, Ramona the store manager helped us locate the stack, Debbie gladly rang up all 80 individual containers and Ryan helped us by transferring all the heavy boxes from the carts to our van. They sell expired baby foods. My baby had been acting funny so I checked the dates on all of the organic baby foods I purchased last week, and some were well past the expiration date. I called the manager to let him know they need to check all of their baby inventory expirations and he said "OK, we'll do that" and then just hung up without saying anything else! No thank you for letting us know and no apology for selling old products. Rude & over priced. Won't shop here again. read more

Okay, it's my daughters birthday and I bought a cake. This afternoon, this girl in bakery helped me find a fudge cake for my daughter, Angie. When this poor girl went back into her department, I saw this metal rack she was pushing, it was getting stuck and it almost fell on her! That can be dangerous! I could see the panic in her eyes when the rack almost fell on her and no one seemed to care. I hope she doesn't get hurt. read more

I always have issues with my transactions in this place. Somehow I always get charged wrong, whether the cashier forgets to scan the sale sticker/tag or items on sale don't ring up correctly or they forget to put item(s) in the bag. Today I bought items that were supposed to be $5 off (the sign stated if you spend $25 and over you get $5 off) & whip cream that was supposed to be on sale for $2.99 (but showed on my receipt for like $5.49. Well I bought paper towels and toilet paper that came up to $27 and the $5 off didn't show up on my receipt (which often happens in this place, the sale price often doesn't ring up correctly). They couldn't quite figure out to fix it and at first they tried to tell me that my purchase of those certain items don't add up to $25 ($9.99 + $9.99 + $7) then realized later oh ya it did add up to more than $25 (total of ($26.98). So they finally decided to give me the $5 back but the whip cream they said I got the wrong size but never showed me proof of whether I did get the wrong size and they never even checked where I got it from (because where I grabbed it from it had the sale tag of 2.99 where a whole stack was displayed, so whether it was stocked wrong or they had the sign at the wrong spot, I wouldn't know since they just decided to guess that I must've just grabbed the wrong size). Anyways, I let that one go and just go with whatever they decided however, once they gave me the $5 for the other mistake (spend $25 get $5 off), they would not give me my receipt back. I didn't want to argue over the receipt since we had already been waiting long enough for them to get the mistake fixed just to get the $5 (plus I had 2 babies with me already getting cranky from being there too long). So I just went ahead and left without my receipt....well once I got home I realized I was missing an item that I had purchased (I spent over $120 & had a cart full of groceries). So now how can I even go back to try and get the item that I was missing since I don't have the receipt to show proof that I had purchased it, I can't even do that, so basically I had just paid for an item that wasn't even put in my bags! This place is ridiculous and full of employees that just don't care about good customer service! Oh and another problem I have with this place is that they (the cashiers & baggers) like to talk amongst each other while a customer is standing right there in front of them as if the customer is somehow invisible, maybe if they did less talking to each other during a transaction then they wouldn't make so much mistakes scanning items and bagging items! My advise to people shopping here is to not leave until you scan through your receipt and make sure that you are charged correctly for each items you bought and paid for & make sure that they actually bagged everything you paid for! read more

I would give 0 starts if I could. Beyond upset with the experience I had today. I came in for a few items, and my totally came out to around $20. The manager had suddenly left and the man who replaced her register seemed upset he had to take over. My groceries were bagged and I was not given a receipt which I thiugh was off but maybe he was in a hurry. A few hours later I get home and chec my bank statement only to see they charged me $185. I am in absolute shock, and called to speak with a manager about this immediately after discovering I was WAY overcharged. The man whom I spoke to was rude and unsympathetic. He basically told me there is nothing he can do and to call tomorrow. Being charged $165 more than you are supposed to is first of all OUTRAGEOUS and by no means ok, and then for the manager to offer no help, and flat out shoo me off is beyond enraging. I will NEVER shop at this store again and I encourage you to do the same unless you want an absurd amount of money disappearing from your accounts and have absolutely nobody do anything about it. read more

The only thing I think they have going for them now since they sold out is their staff. They are still helpful and full of smiles but the prices of all their food and drinks have gone up in price. Be sure to check the product expiration date before purchasing! My husband and I both bought dairy products (on separate occasions) that we noticed were expired after purchasing. My purchase was made on or around the 13th of September and the product I bought had expired back on the 5th of September! My husbands protein shake was rotten with curds in it and he didn't realize until he actually took a drink of it. Gross! They clearly don't rotate their product like they should! read more

I went there to redeemed my cookware from all the stickers I'd saved. I didn't have enough stickers on my paper but I showed them my other receipt that I was not given stickers for my groceries (even though the receipt showing from different store location). The manager there, name Robert, acknowledge it and I was still able to get the cookware I wanted to get as if I collected 60Pts. Great staff and clean store. read more

I dread going in there. You can never just be in and out. It takes forever to get out b cause there is never enough checkers. Must be because they are all union and don't give a damn about being fired, but for one bag of chips or a drink it will take you a while to get out. This Albertson's looks and feels more like a Von's. It's beautiful, never crowded and the employees are always willing to help. Their florist is my absolute favorite floral designer. She makes gorgeous arrangements with fruit in the vase. I don't mind driving out of my way to go to this Albertson's instead of the one closer to home. It's worth it! read more

So I been gone to this store for many years and was at the store today I bought some groceries paid for my stuff as I was leaving a team member came to me and asked me ( can l help ring you up)and I said I just paid for it I opened my bag and than she asked me to show which registered I pay at she was accusing me of stealing it mede very upset so I guess you need to make sure you show everyone your recipe on the way out or they will harassed you not good !!! read more

The employees are much friendlier than those at Stater Bros down the street. Albertsons is a little further from my house, but worth it for friendlier service. We were given a rain check for alkaline water because the store did not have enough supply . We went back to the store and immediately, Jose one of the store managers, ordered more than enough for us and told us to call on Friday to check if shipment has Arrived. Someone always answers the phone each time we called. Gus and Paul both checked their store room for us and Paul Even called us back to let us know the shipment has arrived. On Monday, when we came to pick up boxes and boxes of water, to our surprise Holly and Connor were there waiting for us with the boxes arranged orderly in their carts. They even helped 2 senior citizens load the heavy boxes to their cars. They politely declined the tips we tried to give them and said their good service is part of their jobs. For us this Albertson's branch really trained their employees to provide excellent customer service. Kudos to all!!! I went to the flower department to ask for things to be wrapped and the lady said that she would do it for $10. I had bought 4 teddy bears and 4 almond roca containers to be wrapped up by 1 pm. Later, I went back to say it is ok if she got it done at 5 pm because she seemed busy. When I went back to get them, she said it was ok since all the items were paid for and didn't charge me the $10. She was very kind and generous and busy. I was getting it for some volunteers at NAMI and so, it was a very generous gesture. read more

Our MVUSD school class took a tour of this store. Shirley led the tour. She was AWESOME!! We toured every department including the Starbucks. In each department we received a lesson, which included nutrition. We looked at an ox tail, before it was cut. (YUCK). We visited the dairy cooler. We were able to practiced being a cashier by scanning food. We weighed fruit and punched in the code for it. Every employee there was super nice and gave us lots of attention. We left with a goodie bag and fond memories of our GREAT experience. A shout out to the manager, Paul Martinez, for his gracious opening of his store to our class. read more

This supermarket Albertsons on Clinton Keith Road is a great market to shop at. Its customer service is topnotch and all the employees are friendly and always helpful. The items on the selves are always there. Their meats are USDA CHOICE QUALITY which is comparable to the Costco Stores. Well its very clean and the shelves are always stocked. But there is never enough staff. When you need help noone is around and they ate.too busy when you do find them. I have been to this store twice and got checked out by Jose both times, service manager. Both times he made me feel like a criminal for using a coupon. I am not a crazy coupon person. The first time I ran in to by razors and had two coupons. He did not want to accept my coupons because the razors were on sale. The second time I went to the meat department and Josh helped me. Josh was wonderful and deserves 5 stars because he was the only person here to ever provide me customer service. There chicken was on sale with a 3 day coupon in their ad. I wanted 15 pounds. When I went to check out with Jose he did not want to give me the chicken for the sale price because he felt I was buying to much. I do not think 15 pounds of chicken is much for my family and will be gone within a month. He argued that he couldnt take the coupon, asked someone else if he could take the coupon, then called the meat department to yell at Josh who did nothing wrong in my opinion. So all in all I am tired of Jose's rude horrible service and not giving me the sale prices without making me feel uncomfortable. I would rather go to Walgreens and pay $10 for a gallon of milk then to ever return to this location for anything! read more
