Even when several customers walk in at once, checkout is fast and there's never a real line. It's one of those places where errands feel painless. The only real downside is staffing. There usually isn't more than one employee on the floor, and they're often busy stocking. If you're from out of town--especially if you're unfamiliar with self-checkout or need help navigating the store--that can be frustrating. While the layout makes perfect sense to locals, it might not feel as intuitive to someone visiting from outside the U.S. So while I'd absolutely recommend this CVS to locals for its efficiency and cleanliness, I wouldn't necessarily suggest it as the easiest option for international visitors or first-timers. It is a high frequency store I'm sure being right next to AA aren, so this may be due to the customers more so than staff. The staff was very friendly, guiding me to where the cards were. I said "Hello, I could use some help." One showed me where to slide my card. It didn't work I had to ask her again. She said your card's no good. No ma' am it's good, I don't know how to work this. She slid it worked. Turned around and began talking again. I had another card to complete the 2nd part of my purchase, she's still not available with attention to my needs. I drove in 70 miles from rural north east Texas; filled out the paper work-- talked about my needs and was assured they had not only the meds I need but the amounts I need. Plus they would deliver to my door step via UPS. The first 6 months went well- then things got "sloppy". I had to change my credit card on file because my accounts were compromised due to identity theft. I called and gave them the new card info. For two months in a row MY FILE was not "updated" and new card was not added. This month I called and asked if there would be an "issue"-finially they updated my file. I was told my Testosterone had already shipped--which was odd. I usually get the 200 ml bottle not the single dose bottles (those are a pain!). I returned home from out of town work and found they botched the Testosterone- they sent single dose not the larger 3 month supply. I guess nobody bothers to question "why" such a dramatic change occures suddonly in a med like this- Ive been on Testosterone replacement since my early 40s--only in Texas have I had so much NEEDLESS drama when filling my meds. Pennsylvania and California was never this difficult! Even the US Army got it right! This is just sloppy work--usully they do a good job but now for whatever reason they are having problems--healthcare is to important for mistakes and sloppy work

I show up to their new location (traveled from Garland to Oak Cliff) only to find their doors closed and a sign with a number to call for curb side pick up. After about 10 attempts to get someone to answer the phone, I finally gave up and drove back home. Two months ago they delivered one of my prescriptions when I made it clear that I would pick it up. I was not at home and the prescription sat in the sun for a few hours. I have had other issues with this pharmacy in the past. They don't seem to pay attention to detail, which leads to mistakes. I'm done with this business and have transferred my prescriptions elsewhere.
