This location of Albertson's often doesn't carry the sale items. 3 weeks in a row Albertson's didn't stock one of the sale items I came in to buy. 3 weeks back they didn't have sale potatoes. 2 weeks back they didn't have sale chicken thighs. This week they didn't have the jumbo sale cantaloupes (2 for $3.) and didn't even have a spot for them so I couldn't photo. Countless other times they didn't have sale items. They even occasionally send me a free item coupon. I remember once they sent me a free doughnut coupon and didn't have any doughnuts that day. The customer service here is much better (well at least it's normal) than their competitor Crazy Train Smiths (N.L.V. Location). This store would be much better if they carried the sale items. read more

My go to shopping for food. The folks are kind and are always willing to help you with your shopping needs. However, I do think they could power wash the front of the stores sidewalk smells and really dirty. I also think they could work on the pan handlers approaching you when trying to get into the store. This location is not too overly crowded, especially during the earlier part of the day. Which makes parking and checkouts easier. Service from asking questions, picking up readymade chicken, and the Starbucks inside have been friendly in my visits. Only once did I happen to have a cashier who seemed to be having a bad day. Nothing out of the ordinary tho. I'm sure we've all experienced that somewhere at one point or another. Clean and easy to navigate. Prices aren't too bad, but if you're inclined to, I'm sure you could find better at other grocery options. Having the club card helps especially if you pay attention to the deals. I don't come to this location often but had such a lovely experience today I needed to leave a review. There were PLENTY of workers around, which seems so rare for a lot of grocery stores. I asked where to find an item and had three workers gather around me to help. At other areas around the store if I looked lost I'd be asked if I needed help. This Albertsons is a sh*t show. I shop here often but I've never seen this cashier named Veronica. Both her and her bagger were incompetent. Never met a more incompetent duo. I asked Veronica to help me with my coupons and she acted like she didn't know what a coupon was. Whatever, I let it go, snatched my receipt and went to leave, looked over because I knew they were both unaware of their job duties and found my items still sitting at the check out. This grocery store is absolutely ridiculous. There are no carts, I kid you not I had to search the entire property just to find a cart. Four lanes open with 12 people in each line. There are no belt dividers, so the cashier just guesses where your groceries and the next persons starts. This is a sad sad excuse for a functional grocery store. read more

Now mind you we frequent this particular store often and have never had problems getting help ( ever) So on today 6/22/23 upon checking out we discovered a price error and was trying to get some help getting the item off there was already a young lady helping someone my husband found another employer ( hope she wasn't a manager) cause the service she didn't provide was just uncalled for she told my husband oh she ( the other young lady will help you now kind you she was already helping someone the tone the attitude the flat out refusal to even offer help was just plain rude now again I hope she want management ... The Non service by this individual was taken by me and my husband was WOW REALLY!!!! The floor items were minimal and didn't have a chicken area besides a little on the median area which seemed odd to me. In many ways this is just your average large Albertson's. But on Christmas Day in 2009, they were open. They totally rocked that day. What a relief to the hundreds and manybe thousands of people who forgot something or someone and there was no other place to turn. Right after church, we drove by at 9 AM and the parking lot was full of happy but anxious people, like me who forgot to get the McDoanld's gift certificates for two nephews. They activated the cards and I was almost done. I also wanted some cash back. But right before my transaction was approved, the ATM machine and the register broke. It turns out the store GM was ringing me up. She just made the line walk two registers over, keeping everyone's place in the line, and continued as if nothing happened. She ekept everyone cool and calm. The store was packed the whole day. I drove by several times and the parking stalls were full. I came back to the store later to pick up some ice and wine and the store was still crowded. I hope they made a lot of money that day, and that other stores consider having their store open on Christmas Day as well in future years. My relatives have their prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. They are very prompt, friendly, and accurate. This store gives you a reduction in gas prices at the gas station across the street, The more you spend at Albertsons, the bigger your discount if you have a Club Card. They also have a huge electric sign in front that tells you when there are fantastic deals, lile the time T bone steaks were $3.99 a pound or 12 pack sodas were 4 for $10.00. They also have a bakery which made a nice birthday cake once as well as a deli where we once bought a turkey dinner for Christmas. Once, I asked the produce guy if the tangerines were sweet. He said, "Eat one or two of them and let me know..."So, I did but dang---. I should've kept on eating before telling him my verdict. But they were good that day. They have a very nice deli and butcher well. Much of the staff is the same as it was for the past few years I've been coming here when I visit my relatives in the area. Parking is usually easy, and the stores including bathrooms are usually clean. They have a nice S tarbucks inside as well. It's a complete full service grocery store. read more

Oh Albertsons, you have a lot of things going for you yet have many things working against you. On the one hand, you have the prettiest fruits and vegetables I've ever seen. Your extensive wine and liquor selection puts most grocers to shame, and I love your buy 4 bottles get 20% off sale. Sometimes you even have extraordinary meat sales for my carnivorous husband. On the other hand, you're prices are quite expensive and you don't have a store brand for many items (like marinara sauce). Your pharmacy is inconvenient and you close early, unlike Mr. Smiths who stays open 24 hours. I rather liked having a loyalty card - why did you cancel it? It's really a love/hate relationship we have going on here. But alas, I accept your faults, and will be back. I arrived at 6:10 am , shortly after they opened to pick up some last minute items on Xmas eve day. The meat department was closed and I asked the manager on and was told it should be. I looked around for what I needed from the packaged meats but could not find it. The butcher arrived and as I approached him I asked if he was opened, he answered with an attitude, I just got here. Ok I said, then asked for what I was looking for and he told me no. So I left with the knowledge that I will not return to this store. This is a great store with great customer service. One thing that bothers me is every single time that I walk into the front of the store to grab a shopping cart, there are very few carts to choose from. I attached a picture so you can see what I'm talking about. Today, there was one cart in the front foyer. Some days will have 2 or 3. Many days there will be none. According to a display and signage at the front of store Coke products are 4x 12 packs for $12. It did state that it is a "digital coupon". Smiths often has those as well. I paid $27.96 for 4 cartons of Diet Coke. $15.96 more than I thought. Feels like bait and switch. Both companies have a loyalty program. When you check out at Smiths the digital coupons automatically come off the total. When you check out at Albertsons (having put in my loyalty code) the total was not reduced. The cashier was kind and explained that I needed to go into the app and clip a coupon to get the reduced price. Shopping is already work and I do not believe your guests want to work harder. I don't. I spoke with person behind the Customer Service counter but did not feel they cared. Prices are high everywhere ( I'm understanding that your profits are higher as well ) but now that I feel cheated-you lost me. read more

The pros. Clean, spacious, friendly. And overall a nice upscale crowd of shoppers. Sometimes you just want to go to a grocery store and not worry that you'll be shot. They have a somewhat more expansive selection of products than the Walmart neighborhood just a block away. But not always. They also have a great sale rack of bakery items if you don't mind older (but still good) bread, cake, muffins, cookies, etc. Sometimes it's worth stopping by here just for these 99 cent or $1.99 sale rack items. Produce section is usually good. But not as good as Whole Foods or Sprouts. The cons. EXPENSIVE. Just by deciding to shop here, your bill will go way up. The "every day low price" for ice is $2.50. I thought I heard that wrong. Esp. when you can buy it for a dollar at Walmart Neighborhood a block away. They also do this thing where they inflate the price of an item so they can make it appear on sale, but the sale price is still more expensive than other stores. Do I want to spend $3.49 on a kombucha here "on sale," or do I want to drive up the street to Natural Grocery where the regular price is $2.99. The meat department is not good. A lot of old meat. And the meat they do have is noticeably more expensive than other nearby grocery stores. The hamburger is often "bloody" with a lot of red liquid, which is just gross. If they could get the prices competitive and closer attention to the meat department, this could be a 4 star grocery store. read more

i'm sharing my experience at your location on North Las Vegas today. I had a return that i had bought from a different location in las vegas but came into this location closest to my home for convenience. The return i brought in was maybe $50 of brand new sealed product. I went to customer service and they brought out a manager with blonde hair and blue eyes to help with my return. This manager was so disrespectful to me i left upset and frightened. I shop at albertsons frequently, especially this location. To be treated like this caught me completely off guard i've never made a return at albertsons before, but nothing could've prepared me for the experience i was about to get for a $50 return. my issue is not that i couldn't return to this location my issue was how disrespectful and rude this lady treated me no one should ever treat someone like this. This is about the Sav-On Pharmacy. Specifically, John's hard work for us in obtaining our Covid booster and flu shots. He took his time to ensure our insurance covered them and that the forms were filled out completely. He was so nice and cordial and when we took up his time as his lunch hour started, he never complained. Secondly, the pharmacy manager Michael could not have been more cordial or calming in administering the shots. I never felt a thing and he gave us excellent advice to make sure our arms would not be sore the next day. Bravo to this part of your store! P.S. My only complaint about the store in general is the horrible selection of "music" that was playing WAY TOO LOUD over the store. Hearing about love lost and how tragic and horrible it is to be "cheated on" is not exactly music to shop by. This is NOT this store's fault... it is the fault of Albertson's corporate choices, which they think shoppers don't care about... but we do. Meanwhile, this store still gets 5 stars. read more

Bunch of idiots work at this location. My husband and I went in with our child but tell me why we were followed around like suspects as if we were stealing in a fucking grocery store, really? Lmao. So the manager in the pastry department looked at us sideways first probably alerted everyone cause when we went to go get shrimp in the seafood section they both looked at us weird but I just ended up ignoring both the manager and the two idiots in the seafood section. Followed us to the self checkout but stood in an aisle with only toilet paper in his basket, he ends up abandoning it to pass by us, looks at the girl working self check out looking like they signaled each other and then he was waiting at the exit just standing around. First and foremost... i need to acknowledge the wonderful and amazing service Albertsons always and continuously provides ...and that's always with a smile (^-^) store 4005 @ 3010 w. Ann road always leave me with a smile on my face ! and store associate Laurie adds to the Decorum and Ambiance .not only was she knowledgeable... she was patient and actually went to get some items for me in which i forgot and she knew exactly where they were !!! Now that's amazing customer service.. I need to applaud every single worker at this location. My husband and I have been in twice in the last month of this pandemic. They had an associate wiping down carts as we came in, clearly had marked where to stand in line in accordance with 6ft rule. Clear shields up to protect their cashiers. Every associate stocking the shelves smiled when you walked by, and every cashier was extremely nice and helpful. They ran out of grocery bags one of the times we went, and went out of their way to get us a produce box to put our miscellaneous groceries in. They even gave my one year old daughter a St. Patrick's day balloon to keep her occupied while we were in line. I'm sure these workers are exhausted and over worked right now, but you would never be able to guess that by their positive attitudes. We appreciate you all!!! read more

Meat selection is "meh" and by comparison to the Smith's equidistant from my house this store just generally seems lackluster. I will say, my checkouts are always friendly and I enjoy the employees. I ordered a cake for my sons 13th Birthday. When I picked it up the cake had a bubble under the name. I was told that sometimes happens after it gets the icing. Being last minute I took the cake. Got home and the cake had slide and the layers separated. I had it wrapped with the 49ers banner; the banner was coming apart. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I usually order from the Albertsons on Craig and Decatur. I have NEVER had any complaints. I should have gone back there. We ended up throwing the cake out. It was UGLY AND GROSS!!!! They resolved the issue by having the store manager and district manger reach out to me but the customer service I received from the deli manager was terrible. I'd give them less if I could. I placed a order for 21 lbs of wings for pick up at 2:30, I was told that they had too many order for 230 but 3:00 is when they would be ready. At 3:00 I was told the wings would be ready in 20 mins. Well my wings were ready at 4:15 and for my trouble i was given a $20 discount. Keep your discount and meet the time frame that you commit to. I do have to say, that I seen better. Now, the layout is good, the food selection is great. But what kind of get to me is the customer service. Its nice that they say "HI", but it would be better if they took the time to help you out. Showing that they say, "HI" and whiz right by, like there trying to get away from you, just seems like that, they just want to get away from you. My wife didn't like the fact that, the milk there tends to expire within a week or two. So the milk is going to be bought elsewhere. The lines at the checkout stands were kind of long and don't know why they only have 2 check out stands, and a lot of baggers. Some one could of trained them on the checkout stand more, then worrying about bagging. I can understand older people may need help bagging, but some one in their mid 30's, like me, can probably bag my own groceries. Also what bugs me, is that, no matter how nice you put your groceries in order for them to package them, so some things won't get smoosh. Unfortunately once they get checked out, it doesn't matter who's bagging them on the other end, they tend to smoosh something. So most of the time, I rather bag my own groceries, if these baggers can't bag food properly. Anyhow, pricing is decent, expiration dates on some of these items need to be checked before bought, and hopefully, they'll be wise enough to have more check out stands open and baggers that know what their doing. I only come here for a quick 1-2 item pickup. Here's why. - Prices are more expensive than other nearby stores - Be sure to check expiration dates before you place an item in your basket - They MIGHT have 10 hand held baskets; and they store them at the checkout lanes, so I always have to go on a hunting expedition before beginning my shopping. My only positive experience is they have the best selection for deli trays when I need one for work. read more
