Just wanted to write a follow-up review to this Albertsons store. It is not the closest to me. In fact the other one is only 1 mile away, but I come here now, and at night because of their excellent customer service...especially Frank! Frank is always so positive and friendly and even asks me how I am doing. I have had some bad medical issues over the past two years, and he is always asking how I am doing. Not only that, Frank will walk me around to find a couple of products since they recently renovated the store and things are now in new locations. I pretty much come here now because of Frank being so helpful and this store also carries a wider selection of items then the two other closest stores to me I really believe in customer service. People will come back to stores when you excellent in this area. Thank you again for helping me find a few items especially when I am limping around :) read more

I'm not sure what's going on with her Albertson's there's almost never any checkers you have to go through the self checkout line and for whatever reason when you pay for a bag 0.10 and check out there are no bags anywhere in the line like there used to be.. they treat these bags like goddamn Gold you're paying $.10 for them but they have the bags hidden you have to ask some store clerk if you could have a bag. What is going on is corporate trying to save money by discouraging you to use a bag come on people put some goddamn bags out in the line so I don't have to search around and look for a clerk to give me a plastic bag or paper bag that I paid for this is bullshit. They forced the customers basically to do they own checkout having only one cashier available and then they charge me 10 cents for a bag that they have then hide and you need to ask them. This is a scam business because not only I'm doing their job which they save money in salary because I do not get paid and also I have to pay extra for the bags . Everyone should stop using those self cashiers . People are losing their jobs and we are contributing with that and the funny thing we are doing the job without getting paid. This is my go-to grocery store if I need to get something quick. I came here to get Lei for high school graduation. Majority were all pre-ordered. Luckily, they had an extra box and I was able to purchase at least 4 days earlier and pick it up the day I needed. The florist associate was wonderful in explaining the lei. I also purchased giant CONGRAT balloons along with couple smaller balloons to go with it. Overall, the service was great, and ambiance of the flower section are beautifully colored coordinated. read more

An excellent Albertsons. We have our employee go to staff and they're the best. Food quality is very awesome. Once you read the store and it's employees... It's a great experience to shop there. Great vibes and ambiance every time. Didn't get any donations. Store manager provided donations of wine to the mayor and her constituents and that's why they couldn't donation anything to our elementary garden club. Still 1 of the best Albertsons. read more

I tend to do pick up shopping on Sunday/Monday's and the associate that generally helps us is Danyel. He goes above and beyond with his kindness. He always asks how we are and wishes us a great day. As mundane as it is, I look forward to it every week! read more

The night staff are completely unprofessional. Gideon always Cracking inappropriate jokes gossiping about customers even going this far as telling TS jokes. Underperforming and standing around doing nothing. Instead of stocking the shelves through acting like security. The online ordering and delivery option in place is bad. There isn't an option to void or wait for the order when selected items are not available. Four online orders were all incomplete forcing me to pay additional $ for going under the required amount as well as reordering to get the necessary items later. It's not cost effective and the substitutions were not palate related rendering them useless for the recipes. The online app listed each item as "in stock" throughout the process. Out of the four orders I placed, the most consistent fail were Deli items. That being said each order lacked shelf items and substitute items had up to a $12.00 cost increase to me, my original ordered items were never marked "out of stock" on the website. read more

I went to the Albertsons bakery and ordered 2 dozen cupcakes and a cake for my daughters graduation which was 5/27/20. I was so pleased because the cupcakes all had "senior" rings on each cupcake and alternating gold and silver. I know this sounds small but to me I appreciated it because I know sometimes the bakeries can be limited on what accessories they provide for baked goods. We went here pretty frequently since it's very close by. But we barely go there anymore. Because we always get expired products at this Alberson. First was the baby yogurt. We found it expired at the store and asked the staff. They seemed to deal with this quite often. Just took it away without even a sorry. Then it's a kids snack. We got it for our fussy little one. Try to open for her at the parking lot, then found it has past the expiration for 3 months! What's the worst, when we went back, the staff was so rude, again, without a sorry, just asked whether we want refund or exchange. Imagine I didn't check the expiration date and gave it to my daughter directly! Both time the products are baby related! Then lately, the last time we went there, we found this! I like this market overall, but I have to speak out about the service. This isn't directed at all employees-- many are very kind and helpful-- but two individuals have been rude enough for me to write a post. I can swallow hostility directed at me-- customer service is a difficult industry, and I know everyone has bad days. But it really boils my blood when my mother is treated poorly. She's almost 70 years old...she struggles with English and is hard of hearing, but is that a reason to be condescending? Compassion should be the standard toward everyone. It should be especially true toward the elderly. On a related note, today is the third time I've witnessed an appalling attitude directed toward a lady struggling with English. I stepped in to help and was treated with the same loud voice and irritable scowling, despite remaining calm and polite myself. There's no reason to treat any customer like they're imbeciles for asking questions. If you can't understand someone, just apologize and leave...seriously. read more

Service is always good especially at the deli. When I go in the morning to get some wedges... it's usually fresh and ready to go or even sometimes when it's not ready they let me know it will be out in like 5-7 minutes.. so i continue to shop for other things and come back to it later... This one particular day it was a younger white lady on duty... I asked if I can get some wedges and she said I'm serving other customers... and went on to slice some pork leaving me standing there looking like an idiot. Did I mention I was the only customer in line? After 10 minutes I just moved on... it was hard to tell whether I've been profiled or because I was a male or she just was having a bad day... but for whatever the reason... if I want some wedges next time and she's there I'll just go elsewhere read more

This is the 2nd time I got home to see the food I got was expired and the worst part is, I could hardly see the expiration date and ate the food later finding out it was a MONTH past the expiration date. Some of the people there need to work on their customer service. Yesterday, 12/21/2021, at around 2:00 PM, I picked up couple of fresh tuna cuts from the meat department. While I was waiting in line, the gentleman who was working there was really nice with the people before me and handed them whatever they picked up (shrimp I think) with a big smile and Merry Christmas. The same previously joyfully man a few seconds ago, served me with a grim face, didn't utter a word, and when I said thank you at the end, he didn't even reply. How rude!!!!! read more

Words cannot even Explain how amazing this lady was I called multiple times multiple Albertson's and I pressed a number that took me to the floral department and I just knew that somebody would answer there and Amy did !! I come here somewhat often to pick up quick supplies and I always enjoy my visits. It is well kept and organized in this Albertsons, which is definitely my favorite part about this location. I'm a quick shopper I don't like to take longer than 30 minutes in a store so whenever I come here it's for those last minute stops. I must say hands down to these guys. They're on point with courtesy, quality and cleanliness. I feel at home when I'm here. The day & night shift crew is super friendly and appropriate around the clock. I also want to give thanks to Kathy the late night manager for helping me out. I called the store About 3 times before they closed and every time I called she picked up. Her patience never ran out and she answered all of my questions about the hours of closing & such. This is the type of customer service I am talking about. The quality here is valid. During a recent visit, I asked for cash back and the cashier didn't give it to me. I called the next morning and spoke to the book keeper. She said she would look into it and call me back. I was called back fairly quickly, and she let me know that I could come pick up my money whenever I was available. I asked my husband to go for me, and they gave it to him without a hitch. Pharmacy is really sucks. I went to there around 12 pm. They said lunch break and back on 1pm. And my prescription will be ready 1:30pm. I said ok then back for lunch. I came back 2:00. Very good Albertsons. They have an ATM, dry cleaners, and Starbucks on premises. They also have a butcher, fresh produce, and bakery. Very good selection of brands for canned and packaged goods. Well stocked freezer section and liquor. I like that they have mix of full serve and self service check out lanes. I like the option to use the self service lanes even there are talkative shoppers slowing down the checkers. Overall a very convenient one stop shopping spot! read more

Pick up order gone wrong: I called to pick up my order while waiting and he said he still wasn't done picking a small grocery order,I had 6 items. Time goes by and he brings out other orders and then no orders for a while and I am STILL waiting after my scheduled time for pick up. Finally, 50 minutes after my scheduled pick up I went inside to the manager and let him know the situation, I know how it does get busy and I completely understand that. But when I went inside it wasn't busy at all. He apologized and gave me a refund. It is mind boggling that I was the only one who didn't receive their order in a timely fashion and I still had to carry my bags to my car. What a joke! read more

Made a curbside pickup order online a week ago but when I went there, they told me all the orders are not available today and wanted me to call again tomorrow for checking the order. So next day when I made a call, they told me there is no order in the system, I was like what's going on? I got the email confirmation and saw it in my account info about the order as well, and should pay it already, but now they said no info in the system and wanted me to replace the order? Seriously?
