Unfortunately, I wasn't greeted when I walked in--even after I cheerfully said, "Hello, how are you?" There was no response back besides a look, and when I asked about availability, the response I received felt cold and dismissive. One of the women at the front desk did seem kind--I wish I had spoken only with her. As someone who just moved to the area, I was hoping to get some helpful information and maybe become a new customer. I rarely leave reviews, but the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's a shame, because the place itself looks great. But based on that first impression, I won't be returning. The way I was treated made me feel like a bother rather than a valued potential customer.

I have been several times, trying to give the benefit of the doubt for the sake of the pricing and the elegance of the place--but the attention to detail in nail polish application is poor. I will no longer be spending my money here and I suggest you do not either. However, I cannot speak to any of the rest of their services, gel polish application is not worth the convenience of online booking.

Upon walking into the salon, I was put at ease right away by the staff as they were very nice and welcoming. I was especially happy with the fabulous cut that I received from Margaux. The next time I'm in the area, I will definitely make another appointment with Margaux!
