Inline Solutions polyaspartic floor coating systems are nonporous, making them easier to clean because the dirt and contaminants remain on the surface. Polyaspartic floors are stronger and more resistant to chemicals than many other types of flooring. Our floor was completed in the time frame that was quoted, and we couldn't be happier with it. HORRIBLE experience with Trademark Construction and Flooring!!!…read moreAs with most sales they were fine when they were making the sale but when they made a mistake and re-sold flooring I had paid for in full, I was the one who suffered - losing both money and time in having to find a replacement. They refused to refund me the full amount when they could not provide me the product. I paid in full for flooring from them & they said they would hold it for me.  There was no deadline given and I was never contacted to say it needed to be picked up by a certain date. They had both a valid phone number and email address to contact me.  When I contacted them to pick it up not only do I find out that they don't have the flooring any more but that they can no longer get the product in. It was a pallet worth (over 1000 sq ft) of flooring that I had paid for.  Without contacting me, they then sold that same product a 2nd time to someone else.   When their error was discovered they offered me a different product that was not as nice nor was the quality as good as what I had originally bought. I considered other options they had (and I would have been willing to pay the difference for a product if there was something else I like) but nothing worked for what I was needing as I had purchased other things based on my initial purchase with them. I spoke to both the owner and accountant at Trademark and they refused to give me back all of the money I'd paid (holding back over $200.  The owner initially said some BS about it being for taxes. Yes they would have paid taxes on it last year but this year it would show as a loss and so it would be a tax credit.  So I said no way. The owner then said I would have to talk to the accountant the following week.  When I spoke to her she blamed me for waiting so long to pick it up then said they were holding back money for the credit card charges.  Crappy customer service!!  They should have returned my money in full and compensated me for the hassle their lack of organization causes me. It should be the responsibility of the company to control their inventory. Hello?!?!  They sold it twice!  Making profit on it twice!  Master Card isn't able to do anything since the company has given me a partial refund and it's been over a year now. Be warned.  This company wants sales but has no accountability and will resell your product out from under you!

Service Master was assigned to the insurance claim & they recommended using World Floor Coverings, to replace the floors. My husband & I went to the showroom for World Floor Coverings & met with Mike the owner & Lauren the interior designer. Mike was fantastic to deal with, Service Master sent him over the measurements of our flooring. Mike asked us questions of what type of flooring we were looking, are usage, lifestyle, etc.. Mike was fantastic at answering all of our questions & making suggestions. Mike then introduced us to Lauren the interior designer. She was great. We had brought in a sample of the old flooring & pictures of our home. Lauren helped us figured out, what type of flooring would be best for our family & look amazing in our home. Lauren was also great at asking us questions & answering all of our questions too. On the day of install, Val installed the flooring. Val does beautiful work. His work was very clean, neat & professional. He did a fantastic job. He's a true professional. My husband & I absolutely love our new floors. We are so happy, with our choice. My initial experience--purchasing kitchen flooring--was fine, which gave me the confidence to return for additional flooring for my living room. That was a mistake. I received a quote for the flooring and asked for a quote on installation. Cody said he'd get back to me but never did. I waited over a month, then called and texted just to get the name of the flooring so I could move forward with my renovation--which has now been delayed for months. I never received any response. No return call. No text. Nothing. This level of disregard for a paying customer is completely unacceptable. It shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Once the sale was made, it became clear that follow-up and service were not a priority. I regret spending my money here and would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

After a referral from a friend, I contacted AB Countertops to purchase a bathroom vanity countertop and a small piece for the top of a shower curb. (and mount a sink I provided under the counter). I was asked for the measurements (which I thought strange as there can be all kinds of things custom to each install - i.,e. wall corners not 90 degrees, etc.) While the timelines discussed seemed a bit slow, I realize that ours was just one countertop as opposed to a whole house job. After a call from the salesperson that the countertop was ready, I went to the shop facility to pick up. (no info as to who to see on site) after finally finding someone, they said it will be a few minutes. Then, I could see a worker gluing the sink to the counter (so it was hardly ready to pick up). When this was done, I took the unit home. The sink was poorly attached to the counter - I had to silicone some gaps and was worried that it may fall off when installed on the vanity. Visually, it is acceptable. The shower curb top: I made the measurements my self, and messed up and measured 2" to narrow. Fine, my fault. I tried to contact the salesperson I dealt with 12+ times via email, text and received only one response - that they were busy due to illness; nothing after that. If you don't want to or can't do the work, just tell me, but to not even reply is rude! I finally got a small piece from another granite company, and would recommend them. Stay away from AB Countertops is my advice.

They all, with one exception, assured me that they would look at the job "next week". Of course, I'm still waiting for those roofers. The exception was A2Z Roofing, who looked at the job the same week and provided a written estimate the next week. To help us decide, they provided pictures of the shingles as well as the manufacturer so we were able to see the colour and quality of their work. Within a week of accepting the estimate, A2Z finished the job and cleaned up in an afternoon. They gave plenty of warning so we could get the car out of the garage. They even cleaned inside the garage to ensure that there weren't any nails for my tires to roll over when I put my car back in the garage. I appreciate A2Z responding when others didn't and I appreciated the personal care they gave us on our small renovation.
