When I got home & took it out of the bag, it looked like whoever packed it just shoved it in, without folding or rolling and it was beyond wrinkled. Looked awful! How do you iron a huge, thick comforter. I called the owner/manager. He told me to bring it back and they would take care of it and call me when it was done in a few days. Over a week later, I called and was told they would call me when it was ready. No call again. It's now getting cold and I want and need my winter comforter. I stopped in again, explained what was going on to the very nice gentleman behind the counter and he said I would get a call from the owner/manager. At that point I explained told him that is a phone call that never comes. I asked him to please tell the owner/manager that I wanted my item back immediately, with or without wrinkles. There was no reason for them to have it almost 3 weeks! That night, it was left on my steps. Although it looks like some of the winkles came out, it was still wrinkled, so I'll buy a hand steamer and take care of it. How this place stays in business is beyond me. These are truly experts in their craft and I've been extremely delighted with their level of work for nearly 10 years. The last thing I'll say is that even their skill in pressing my suits and sports jackets is head and shoulders above the competition.
