I left messages with his office where there is nobody who speaks English, I left messages on his cell phon. I texted. He just totally blew me off for no reason, so now I needed to find another business to take over where he left off. It was pretty upsetting to be treated so unprofessionally and with such absolute disrespect of my time and business.

There are many more upscale kitchen cookware, knives that are European brands. the 2nd floor has larger $$$ electronic items, where it may riskier shopping. I feel like for expensive items, you'd be better off shopping at typical store where there is generous return policy, a la Target, Kohls. I've never seriously checked out their blanket and bedding section, but Korean blankets are supposed to be the bomb- mattress bedding that is super cooling and lightweight. I can only shop here on rare occasions that I make the long drive to K-town, so for me it's fun treasure hunt shopping, and I know I won't be able to return anything easily. This is also a great store to shop for cute gifts. The workers prob. can understand English, but don't expect American style customer service, that's not what you're coming for in older classic K-town businesses.

I'm the proctor you don't need to pay for it until it's time to take the test so I already made a trip from Orange County all the way down to pico Rivera once to try and pay for this test then I go today to take my test just to be yelled at and told no they lied to you. We don't take through the test on Saturday so WTF make up your mind. Do you do it or not because two of your employees said yes this place is a bunch of lies a bunch of BS and they will not be having my business north through my 608 nor through my future business, I wish that they wouldn't be wasting peoples time the way they are complete and utter lack of respect.
