Very shady business practices in my opinion. Do I love my bike? Yes, but hell no, it's not acceptable to be overcharged by nearly $5,000 dollars. They did throw in a helmet and jacket (maybe out of guilt?). Still doesn't justify being overcharged. If you don't know how to dicker on price, bring someone with you who does, or they'll gladly take you to the cleaners.

Couple days later it was given back to me with zero attempt to clean any of it off. Still not running right. 3) trip3, may 2026, 3 electric codes and low battery were diagnosed. Battery was replaced and I was told all codes gone. Bike was not ridden, bike was not run properly. Desk attendant sends me out saying "let's hope lightning strikes and it works this time." Codes were only gone because they cleared them by disconnecting the battery. Less than a block away the stall issue returned. I will avoid doing business here in the future and will advise all who ask me of this experience and let them decide as well

I also ordered a performance clutch kit And had them install it. They are popular and you will probably need to get an appointment for stuff like that. Knowledgeable desk guys too. I had an old 80's atc/200 I'm my back yard that needed tlc. They don't work on that old liability three wheel stuff but can give you the phone numbers of hobby wrenches that will. Very friendly Knowledgeable. And my favorite. Return phone calls and let you know when your stuff shows up. Let's face it. Anyone can sell you a machine. Warranty work and recall work denied so I have to pay almost 7000.00 for repairs including the work for recall issues and ecm reflash. Not good customer service in my part especially when im paying loan on the machine and vehicle insurance on it.
