I am the guy who is almost too gentle on stuff wanting it to stay as reliable as possible. I'm sure I will be blamed or something else will be targeted to deflect from the real issues but if I can point out one thing that paints the picture... Avoid This Shop - Poor Communication and Poor Workmanship…read more I brought my Triumph Scrambler 900 in for its 12,000-mile service. Before that, it ran beautifully -- started every time, idled perfectly, and the rear brake worked smoothly. After this service, everything changed for the worse. **Poor Mechanical Work:** My smooth idle turned into rough, sputtering revs between 800-1200 RPM. I was told this would resolve after a 10-minute idle reset -- and it *seemed* to at first, but only because the engine was warm. Once it cooled down, the problem returned. They told me what I wanted to hear rather than fixing the actual issue, and I regret believing them. **Brake Issue:** Within 30 minutes of leaving the shop, my rear brake went from tight and responsive to soft and sloppy. I had to shift my weight on the seat just to push the brake pedal far enough to engage. It didn't completely fail, but the drastic change made me seriously question the quality of their work. **Charged for a Part They Didn't Install:** I was billed $200 for a skid plate I had declined after learning it would require removing the center stand. Only after I caught it, then the charge was it refunded. I'll assume this was poor internal communication, not intentional, but still -- not acceptable. **Delays and Misinformation:** I gave three weeks' notice and called daily leading up to the appointment. They assured me the bike would be serviced promptly, but the day it arrived, they still hadn't ordered the necessary parts. One staff member said the parts were overnighted; another said they were backordered. I never got a straight answer. **Bottom Line:** Whether due to carelessness or poor communication, this shop failed me at nearly every turn. They don't return calls, they don't coordinate internally, and they don't take ownership of problems. To be fair, the staff were generally polite -- but that's not enough when your bike comes back worse than it went in. If you have other options, take them. I wouldn't recommend trusting this shop with your motorcycle.

It won't let me type out my whole experience so here's the summed up version…read more Took my bike there with a brand new clutch kit to be installed because the clutch was slipping. Left a few days later and on my way home lost all my oil brand new oil I just put in and my new clutch plates got burnt up because the gasket was installed wrong and the clutch was still slipping. Took it back for what they said was going to be warranty work and that they were going to replace the oil, gasket but wanted me to cover the plates. Long story short, after being told it was ready for pickup about 7 times over 3 weeks and me showing up in a Saturday when they told me to come pick it up Saturday to an empty building. I finally got it back and got home and the it was leaking oil because they re used the gasket they said they would replace. Reused the burnt clutch plates that were brand new. And the clutch still slips. Not going to bother going back I know it won't be done right. Here's some pics of the gasket they put back on after ruining it and telling me they'd replace it.

This is a small town business that appears to have a loyal customer base that keeps them running…read more I have not seen them advertise around town, on the radio or in any newspapers, so that contributes to the indication that they are mostly self-sustaining from a solid customer base. Either that or they charge more than other locations, but I cannot make that claim since I have no context off which to base it. I brought two ATVs here recently to receive an annual service since the last owner took very good care of them, but never had them serviced because he put so few miles on them. I had batteries replaced, oil changed and a general tune-up - all told, it cost about $600, with the batteries and tune up costing the majority of the bill. The owner was very friendly and I think he does all the work himself, which is comforting because he appears to know his stuff. I'll be back for services again sometime - I think he'll take great care of my machines.

I paid these guys to install a new out of the box Yamaha F-60 and modify the prop to a jet drive…read morethen mount on my boat transom. The manuf. of the boat asked the mechanic to call him before installing the motor. I told them several times and a friend of mine even took a note on paper with the guys # and name. Mechanic chose not to call and mounted the motor. He installed it in the wrong place. The day I go to pick my boat the mechanic said I just called the Manuf. you need an adapter plate to mount the motor correctly. Here you go. These guys do not work on boats. Just sleds and ATVs no boats. Don't waste your time with these guys. They never offered to mount the motor correctly. There was a big problem and they were not interested in making it right. Stay away from them.

Not only did they beat the price of the other dealer by a significant amount but they also made me feel like they truly cared about providing a great experience. We got there about 20 minutes before they closed and felt zero pressure to rush our decision and told us they would stay as late as we needed. Unparalleled Service for sure!
