We also greatly appreciated his wonderful Christian witness. Simon and his crew were repairing our neighbor's roof when we asked him about cleaning our gutters. He was happy to help, did the work at a very reasonable price, and even took pictures afterward to show us that the gutters were clean. We would highly recommend Simon Temple to anyone looking for someone who is honest, personable, and takes pride in providing excellent service. Based on our experience with Simon, Three Stone will be one of the first companies we call when we need roofing work in the future.

However, due to recent storm damage, we had insurance assess the roof and discovered an issue with a section of the roof. We wanted to talk to them about our options. Nick's diligence paid off, and our reluctant insurance company provided us with a fully funded new roof. The damage was well-documented, as was the torment of frozen ice flailing from the sky on that fateful day, but we wouldn't be nice and dry with a lovely new roof now, if it weren't for Nick. When the roof was finally installed, in a stunning 2 days flat, the crew didn't leave a single nail on the ground or any sign of having even been there--other than the gorgeous new roof. BRAVO!

They sent out a representatives to look at my leak and the first thing he said was thar my roof is 10 years old like that matters because the last time we had an ice storm was when they installed my roof. Google it but the ice shield should last as long as the roof. Last, the ice shield was extra when I purchased the costly engineered shingles. True 30 year shingles if installed properly. Not sure if this is a company you can truly trust or rely on. I am sure they have an excuse for every issue you experience after the fact. Good luck....

If you think about it, your roof is one of the most critical parts of your house. It plays an…read moreessential role in keeping your home safe, dry, and warm. The elements are great for the outside, but once they start to intrude inside, well, now you have a problem. This was the case for the family's home on Leslie Dr. A leak developed in my granddaughters room after a particularly heavy bout of hail and rain. This would not do. My son-in-law, being the proactive and protective father that he is, made the call. He phoned Five Points Roofing, and Darcy immediately took control of the situation. She counseled him on what information the insurance company would need and how to proceed further. Darcy was an angel. She took the worry and angst out of the process. When the day came for the roof replacement, it went off without a hitch. I was asked to be a go-between as the rest of the family were in school and working. The crew showed up bright and early. David, the crew lead man, had those guys moving. It was a well orchestrated operation. I heard them pounding away for a few hours, and then before I knew it, they were done. The pounding had stopped, and I heard them dragging the nail magnet. I walked out of the house and said to myself, "Whoa dude, they're done!" I had expected it to be a lot longer. Their clean-up was immaculate. You wouldn't have known that anyone had been there. This is a top-notch, well run operation. You shouldn't have any reservations on having them put a lid on your house. Now all we need is a good hearty rain to test their work. Quick Tip: With all the pounding and noise going on, you may want to give your pets a chill pill to keep them from going nuts. Better yet, send them to Grandma's house. She'll only have to give them treats.
