TLDR; If you're looking for someone who knows how to put together an SQ system that sounds…read moreimpeccable, this is the guy. He saved me after the previous installer just couldn't get it done. ------- If you look at my reviews, I'm not an easy customer. Many would rate me as a "Karen" if I'm quite honest... but Maor at Simon's was absolutely great from start to finish. Even when I got stressed out, he was calm and communicated well. He won't put bad gear in your car, so be prepared to spend some money, but he won't upsell you on stuff you don't need either and you get accurate, detailed prices on every component and aspect of installation. The overall installation price was maybe a bit over average, but I feel like I got an amazing deal for the amount of time and effort he put into every detail. So worth it. The service, care, quality of the install and the sound is night and day compared to what I got from my previous installer. It's not even in the same league. He spent a lot of time getting the gear right for my preferences and my EV's limitations before we even started. He gave me full breakdowns of different levels of sound insulation/deadening to choose from. He communicated in detail with pictures for updates and questions while he was doing the install. He worked with me on the tune and gave me multiple tunings to choose from, as well as other ways to help dial in the sound I wanted for my very diverse taste in music. There were no surprises and no problems when I picked it up and paid. Just pure joy listening to my new system. The system sounds great at all volumes with all music. I'm not an audiophile (and neither are 99% of the other people who claim to be)... but I do have a good ear, and I love me some clear, deep, bone shaking bass that doesn't overpower the reset of the music. I've had it for almost 2 months now and it brings me nothing but pure joy. That joy is worth every penny I spent. Not a feeling that's easy to get these days.

Maor made an honest (and specific - other places just gave a price without model numbers or anything) plan based around my budget to get the most out of it. Ended with all Kenwood speakers and sub, new JBL head unit with wireless Car Play, along with door and trunk deadening to eliminate vibrations (not initially in the plan, but after the first listen I wanted it and it made a WORLD of difference). LOVING my driving experience now! Did it all in a day. Highly recommend this place! P.S. writing this while sitting in my car bathing in this sound. Don't wanna get out!

I was told I had a $200credit for a dash cam they had lost or accidentally used and I decide to take my truck for a simple sub install with my own items so just labor and they quote me $300 and when I ask them to put the 200 credit towards that they switch up and say they never told me that and say they can only give me $100 credit after back and forth with him saying he dsnt remember telling me that but clearly remembered about the situation, so I wait 4 hours, the car gets done the wiring and placement is absolutely horrible which I will most likely re do myself. Then I leave and notice my windshield tint is scratched in multiple places and the installer kept giving me excuses and the owner tells me he will only give me $100 refund on a $400 windshield tint this place is a absolute joke I would never refer anyone here definitely beware !!!

Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Customer Service…read more I am extremely disappointed with the way my boyfriend was treated by this business. The service he received was unprofessional, disrespectful, and made him feel that he was being treated differently because of his race. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected when simply trying to resolve a return or customer-service issue. What was especially frustrating was the way the return policy was handled. he was given one understanding of the return policy, only to have the policy and requirements changed when he attempted to complete the return. The explanation he received did not feel consistent or reasonable, and he was left feeling as though the rules were being changed depending on the situation. Regardless of the circumstances, customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, consistency, and respect. If a business has a return policy, it should be clearly communicated and applied consistently to all customers. I hope management takes this experience seriously and reviews how customers are being treated. I would not recommend this business based on my experience with the customer service and the way this situation was handled.
