Dr. Joseph is not only highly skilled, but genuinely interested in my comfort as a patient. He's always been straight forward, and I consider him fair, and highly ethical in his practice. His work even received multiple compliments from the fancy orthodontist I consulted years ago! (Apparently the not-fancy former location of Dr. Joseph's practice created some assumptions on his part...) The current location and suite is very nice and accessible, with huge windows that allow me to look at the beautiful sky while reclining! Dr. Joseph and staff make me think I'm in dental heaven. ;)

My mental health hasn't been great, which meant my dental health had also fallen behind, and I was honestly a wreck walking in. From the moment I shared my struggles, Vanessa made me feel truly seen, not judged. By the end of my very first visit, I felt so comfortable and reassured. When I returned for a deep cleaning, I was dreading it. My gums were tender and since she needed to go under the gum line, Vanessa recommended numbing my mouth to make sure I didn't feel any pain. She constantly checked in to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process, and it truly made all the difference. I didn't feel a thing, the scraping felt far less intense, and I was shocked to have zero pain the next day. On top of that, she worked so quickly and efficiently that I left the office floating. For the first time in my life, I'm actually looking forward to the next part of my cleaning. I've never felt so welcomed at a dental office. Dr. Isabella was also amazing--she pointed out important things about my airway and mouth anatomy that no other dentist has ever mentioned, and connected them to symptoms I've been experiencing. She's already put me on a path to addressing issues that could really improve my overall health. If you're anxious about the dentist, behind on cleanings, or just want the best care possible, Vanessa and Dr. Isabella are truly the dream team. I'm so grateful I found them!

The numbing shot was definitely the hardest part for me, but Dr. Andrew Jursik was incredibly patient and worked with me every step of the way to make it as easy as possible. He never rushed me, explained everything, and made me feel comfortable. Once I was numb, the filling and drilling were quick, smooth, and completely painless. The next day no pain or even soreness! He nailed this entire process. My only complaint has nothing to do with the doctor. When I scheduled my appointment after my cleaning, I specifically asked to have my X-rays done before my filling because they weren't taken that day (per my request). I even called before my appointment to remind the office, and I was told they would make a note and let the doctor know. Unfortunately, when I arrived, no one seemed aware of that request. That said, the team immediately accommodated me without any hesitation. Everyone was kind, understanding, and made sure I got my X-rays before starting the procedure. Mistakes happen, and I really appreciated how quickly they made it right. Overall, I had a great experience, Thank you for your patience, kindness, and for helping me survive my greatest enemy... the numbing shot.

I initially went in for an upper mouth rebuild of my crowns. They completely failed to match the color correctly, and even after replacing every single one of them, they still couldn't get it right. The structural issues got much worse when they did a crown on a lower tooth. They missed the margins entirely. They tried three separate times to fix this lower crown, and on the third attempt, the tooth/restoration was made too short. Because that tooth is now too short, my bite is completely misaligned, and I am left in constant physical pain. I gave this office multiple opportunities to correct their mistakes, but they lacked the competence to do so. I am now forced to find a new dentist to undo and fix their work.

Prior to coming here, I had a few bad experiences at the dentist and have always been very apprehensive. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and the importance of your oral health. I am a third of the way done with Invisalign and everything is moving slowly but surely. I have felt very informed throughout the whole process thus far. His staff is also phenomenal - very friendly and knowledgeable.
