From the beginning his front desk staff were lovely and extremely helpful and accommodating with scheduling. I was very impressed with their COVID precautions and I really did feel safe. Finally the entire process went very smoothly, even though I chose the unconventional local anesthetic route - and I was able to drive home after an hour long procedure. While I hope to avoid further extractions in the future, I would not hesitate to use Dr Stevens again.

Stakos team took weeks to coordinate with insurance. Took the medical insurance decline and never called the dental insurance. Fumbled the dental claim, it had to be resubmitted. On the day of, I wondered why after an hour I hadn't heard progress or she was finished , but that she was being super chatty and they were letting her talk away, just gave her another dose. What? They were letting her talk and cry like entertainment. Hamedani had my son in and out in 60 minutes. To boot the experience Stako was almost $2500 over what was covered by insurance. Cameo $1100.
