I have been going to Dr. Randol for years and have been very pleased however this last visit to get my teeth cleaned was quite a disappointment. The hygienist cleaned my teeth with the normal scraping tool and then flossed. She asked if I wanted a fluoride treatment. Since we don't have insurance I asked if this was part of the normal cleaning fee. She said it was extra so I told her no. To my surprise she said I was finished. She did not polished my teeth like I've always had done. She also had not used the ultra sonic devise which I know helps do a more thorough cleaning. When I went to pay I was charged $132 and given no discount for paying cash!! I decided to check with other dentist in town and found out most give at least 5% discount and charge around $123 for a cleaning that includes polishing and the ultra sonic cleaning. I will be going to a new dentist. read more

Just moved to the area from out of state, and was nervous finding a new dentist. The staff was super friendly, and accommodating. Received fun welcome gifts, and a tour of the office. I immediately felt comfortable. Filling out all the forms online prior to the appointment was a real time saver. Text and email reminders of appointments. I brought my two kids, and they set the appointments together, and seemed like we were in and out quickly. I'm considering the affordable Randol club because they are out of network with my insurance. I rather feel comfortable with a dentist then find a in network with my insurance. After spending an hour and 30 minutes having X-rays and a oral evaluation done, I asked if they were going to clean my teeth. I was told that was not what my appointment was for, and that I would have to reschedule for a cleaning. Needless to say, I was not happy! Especially after paying $341.00 and still not receiving what I made the appointment for. However, they did take the time to give me an expensive future proposed treatment plan. read more

I received a tour of the facility from one of the front office assistants which I have never had in my life. It was very nice. The waiting area was comfortable and pleasant. The entire facility was extremely clean and well taken care of. The provider I seen was Dr. Gaunt. She was friendly, and very gentle and thorough. Very shady business practices. I was sent a bill for more than $200.00 a year after my visit. I was told 10 months ago that I had a zero balance when I made a credit card payment by phone.
