The dentist that shares this practice is so amazing. The dentist that attended to me was his office mate and I was so uplifted.

I have always had a good experience at Dr.Randol's office. Everyone is very nice and the techs/hygienists have a great sense of humor. I wish wait times for appointments weren't so long, but there is a nationwide shortage of dental hygenists right now. Overall, I am happy with this office. read more

They have the responsibility of telling you if they do not accept your insurance BEFORE work is done. We had our teeth cleaning and end up with over $300 bill out of pocket. Very disappointed. Will not return and will not recommend this place. read more

I have been going to Dr. Randol for years and have been very pleased however this last visit to get my teeth cleaned was quite a disappointment. The hygienist cleaned my teeth with the normal scraping tool and then flossed. She asked if I wanted a fluoride treatment. Since we don't have insurance I asked if this was part of the normal cleaning fee. She said it was extra so I told her no. To my surprise she said I was finished. She did not polished my teeth like I've always had done. She also had not used the ultra sonic devise which I know helps do a more thorough cleaning. When I went to pay I was charged $132 and given no discount for paying cash!! I decided to check with other dentist in town and found out most give at least 5% discount and charge around $123 for a cleaning that includes polishing and the ultra sonic cleaning. I will be going to a new dentist. read more

The hygienist, Chrissie, is wonderful. I had the best cleaning experience of my life. The only downside to the Alanson Randol practice is that they are quite expensive. read more

Once again, a wonderful experience at the dentist! OK, it was just a cleaning, but I've got some perio issues so some cleanings are more intense than others. Christine was amazing! A great team from the front office to the doctor. The cost of services is high but so is the quality of work and the overall experience.

I just moved to Roseburg from CA in September. I had to find new everything :( I am so glad I found Dr Randol! Every one in the office is so nice! They are professional, knowledgeable and have all the latest equipment. The exam was very thorough as were the X-rays. I had 4 different staff work with me! I was very impressed and will be joining the Randol Club! read more

This was my first appointment. I have been faithful about dental appointments at least 2x/yr for as long as I can remember. Due to living in a few different places, I've had many dentists over those years. This was the most impressive first appointment I've ever been to. Great office, warm staff, the doctor listens to you and explains everything. I was blown away. I highly recommend! read more

Just moved to the area from out of state, and was nervous finding a new dentist. The staff was super friendly, and accommodating. Received fun welcome gifts, and a tour of the office. I immediately felt comfortable. Filling out all the forms online prior to the appointment was a real time saver. Text and email reminders of appointments. I brought my two kids, and they set the appointments together, and seemed like we were in and out quickly. I'm considering the affordable Randol club because they are out of network with my insurance. I rather feel comfortable with a dentist then find a in network with my insurance. I highly recommend this dental office. read more

I called Dr. Randol's office and made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. After spending an hour and 30 minutes having X-rays and a oral evaluation done, I asked if they were going to clean my teeth. I was told that was not what my appointment was for, and that I would have to reschedule for a cleaning. Needless to say, I was not happy! Especially after paying $341.00 and still not receiving what I made the appointment for. However, they did take the time to give me an expensive future proposed treatment plan. read more

The entire facility was extremely clean and well taken care of. The provider I seen was Dr. Gaunt. She was friendly, and very gentle and thorough.
