We filled out many forms, from COVID Waivers to Liability forms, so they make sure that everything is squared away before you go in for close contact massaging. The room was clean, comfortable, and the beds were warm and soft. The massage therapists were good at what they did, it was a relaxing time and felt very soothing for the work they were doing. I will say this wasn't the best massage I ever got, that title will be held by the champions in Bali and Taiwan, but it was very relaxing for what we were doing. Caring folks, nice experience, recommend if you are taking a romantic trip upstate.

Other spas took appointments either over the phone (wouldn't pick up) or through email which wasn't easy, but the Saratoga Day Spa made it convenient to book it online for someone coming from the city like myself. Once entering the building it was located on the 2nd Floor. We were confused at first because the door sign said to ring the doorbell and wait outside. I found it easier to call them because they had other clients at the time. Once I called, they came out and got us. There are 2 bathroom keys hanging outside the door: one for women and for men. The facility was clean and spacious. My partner and I were led to the couple massage room for a swedish massage which was beautifully decorated with Christmas theme and cozy. They asked us if we wanted to focus on specific body parts and gave us time to get settled in the massage beds. I wanted more attention on my upper back shoulders and neck, which they delivered. There was a heating pad on the beds and you can adjust it yourself. They are very friendly, courteous and have good bedside manners. They offer you water before and after the massage. I recommend this spa.

I thought I had injured my back in a moment of stress and denial. In actuality, I had 14 days of tense in my shoulders. Laura immediately identified my shoulders as the main source of pain and proceeded to work her magic. 60 minutes later I was a brand new woman. I know Laura is legit because I never told her what was wrong. Having been to about 5 different massage therapists I'm pretty familiar with my bad spots. Laura found them all, on her own, and made me feel better almost immediately. Not only are her hands pure magic, she can work some magic on your psyche. She's using all natural flower power oils and god damn, the woman has what it takes. I am jealous of my family who live in her area. They are spoiled. I can't wait to go home to visit Laura... I mean, my parents. Visit my parents.

We were greeted immediately upon entering and they knew exactly who we were. They offered us water. Reception was wearing a mask ( if you aren't vaccinated you have to wear a mask) we signed some paperwork and our room was prepped. I had a man do my massage and a women took care of my husband. They both asked us individually if we had areas we wanted focus on/any injuries etc. the woman address and explained why my husband might be experience all the back pain and issues he constantly has. The man who did my massage was extremely professional, making sure I was covered appropriately and comfortable. He checked to make sure the pressure was what I wanted. I could feel him get a knot in my back: he'd start and find it flat handed, felt like he would then try to work it out with his knuckles and move to his elbow to slowly add in more and more pressure. After everything was done, they had water waiting for us. I paid and we left. Great experience
