Her knowledge is extensive and she works hard to ensure that you are not put into a box as many providers are forced to do when they have to see so many patients per day to be able to actually make a living. I understand that providers retire and circumstances change, but patients deserve to be informed about significant changes that affect their appointments and care. Simply confirming an appointment while withholding such important information is unacceptable. I strongly encourage this office to improve its communication with patients.
