When I originally spoke to them, I said my biggest concern was to make sure they got all the dust, underneath the furniture, which sits on hardwood floors, so no need to move furniture. After they left, I noticed they only took a swipe at the front of the furniture and left dust behind. Didn't dust anything sitting out on furniture (vase, knickknacks, etc). Definitely not the thorough cleaning that I had paid for. When I reported this, she said sorry it didn't work out. Did not offer to come back and make it right.
