I will say I had a tough choice between her and another upholster but her pricing and service really won me over. She kept to her deadlines, was quick to respond and was willing to match prices. Everything was upfront. I had an unusual kitchen bench to re-upholster and her company did a fabulous job. If you need someone to get the job done, and done well, check her out for sure. I also had her cover 5 throw pillows in the same fabric as the back cushions on the bench so I could think about possibly using the fabric for other projects later. Delivery of our slipcovers was made before the estimated time frame, and I was in communication with Alana the whole time! They turned out beautiful!! They have an office where you can view samples and swatches of fabrics, or I believe you can even provide your own. She was really thorough about asking me exact details I wanted (piping, fit size, pre-washing etc) and made sure to provide me with the fabric's warranty information as well. Alana was recommended to me by an antique restoration service to reupholster my 150 year old rocking chair that my great-grandfather made. Obviously a lot of sentimental value and some very delicate work to protect the aged wood. They removed the existing upholstery, took it to the restorer, then got it back and reupholstered it in a beautiful, supple leather. Our wood chairs with cream colored fabric badly needed reupholstering after 3 kids over the years resulted in stains and looking worn. Alana Alegra Interiors was a great find. They did such a great job, our chairs look brand new and we were very pleased with the results.
