I'm not saying it's the worst but it definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars.

I thought I would feel rushed in the exam room, but not at all. The most pleasant surprise is that Dr. Malta and his assistant are a good team and always help each other out. At every other practice I've been to, the doc leaves all of the admin work to the assistant. I've seen Dr. Malta answer the phones, run credit cards, call health insurance companies, and work the front desk. And he has National Geographic in the waiting room. Oh yeah, he specializes in travel medicine which is great for me as I'm always off to Guatemala, or Brazil, or Africa.

I've been seeing Dr. Reibman for over a decade; he's GREAT. Although he's retiring, I've also had great care the couple times I went for urgent help and was assigned another doctor. Primary physicians refuse phone calls repeatedly. Phlebotomist refused to do all prescribed test requiring a second visit. A long time staff member bullied ederly patients to join up. The initial 'choice' quickly disappeared leaving long term patients adrift. After requesting help with a medication adjustment the nurse practitioner responded by say that the only thing needed was to start walking and stop eating pasta. The concierge rollout ensured that patients would all have an option to go concierge or stay as is. This was deceptive as it quickly became apparent there was no choice at all.

One week later I called her office again to say I was still in the hospital. Her staff member told me that "Dr, Chambers doesn't do that." I asked what doesn't she do? The staff member told me that Dr. Chambers doesn't talk to patients or their families when there is a hospital visit involved?!!! I wish I had known that, all these years. Know this: Dr, Chambers will not be there for you or your family if there is a health emergency. My question is, where is her alliance to the Hippocratic Oath that she took, Including... "I will remember that I do not treat a fever chart, a cancerous growth, but a sick human being, whose illness may affect the person's family and economic stability.
