My mom died on May 5, 2026, and we have been trying for weeks to obtain her death certificate from Dr. Woods so we can take care of necessary arrangements. Despite repeated attempts to contact him and his office, there has been no response and no sense of urgency or basic compassion. During an already painful time, this lack of communication and failure to provide such an essential document has added unnecessary stress and heartache for our family. In my experience, this is not how a doctor who truly cares for patients and their families behaves, and I would urge others to keep this in mind when choosing a physician.

I'm not saying it's the worst but it definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars.
