Despite repeated attempts to contact him and his office, there has been no response and no sense of urgency or basic compassion. During an already painful time, this lack of communication and failure to provide such an essential document has added unnecessary stress and heartache for our family. In my experience, this is not how a doctor who truly cares for patients and their families behaves, and I would urge others to keep this in mind when choosing a physician.

BUT if you are close enough to drive, just do that - we've always had great results just going in when we had the need.

Know this: Dr, Chambers will not be there for you or your family if there is a health emergency. My question is, where is her alliance to the Hippocratic Oath that she took, Including... "I will remember that I do not treat a fever chart, a cancerous growth, but a sick human being, whose illness may affect the person's family and economic stability. My responsibility includes these related problems if I am to care adequately for the sick."

Primary physicians refuse phone calls repeatedly. Phlebotomist refused to do all prescribed test requiring a second visit. A long time staff member bullied ederly patients to join up. The initial 'choice' quickly disappeared leaving long term patients adrift. After requesting help with a medication adjustment the nurse practitioner responded by say that the only thing needed was to start walking and stop eating pasta. The concierge rollout ensured that patients would all have an option to go concierge or stay as is. This was deceptive as it quickly became apparent there was no choice at all.
