You sign a contract that says the horse is as is. You are scammed. Two men I know of had horses that were aged and so damaged and had to be put down. Both of them after $7500 with every promise in the world on social media. Don't ever buy from him. As a farrier, there are hundreds who will state he is horrible and lamed their horses for weeks. I am directly aware of all the cases and have copies of the fraud cases involving those contracts. This is also a notice that he and his wife, Michelle Klinsmann, owe us now about $7500 from our court judgment. The man is dangerous as well.

I asked if she could come back and put back on ( something she said she does at no cost and is glad to do) and make adjustments to the shoe ( this was needed to be done because the shoe hung .25" off each side which I told her she would throw the shoe. She said keep bell boots on her!) Anyways, the shoes didn't fit from the get go. She told me to get another Shoer!!!!!!! I told her , we may have a difference in option on the shape of the shoe but put it back on and we don't have to do business with each other any more. She said No. I expected her to make the situation right and either put back on the shoe or give me back my money. She said she would do either!!! She is a thief and stole $80 from my family! Don't use her. Don't recommend her
