Over my years in many different practices, I have seen tons of shoddy, "patch-work" dentistry. Therefore, I am a HORRIBLE dental patient myself, and do not trust many people to do work in my mouth. Dr. Arhiri quickly put me at ease when I first met him (I just walked in w/o appt to check out the office) and he and his wife Flori, who runs the front desk, greeted me warmly and took time to show me around and address all of my questions. After several weeks of work and almost a full mouth reconstruction, I am happy with my new smile and feel like I have made some new friends as well. I would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Arhiri is a perfectionist, and really takes his time and cares about his work. Very appreciated in a time when you are just a number in most practices. Flori is super sweet and always attentive as well. She answers calls, emails and even texts promptly, and will get you in quickly. Just one little tip: I did experience an initial confusion over fees, so my one tip would be to get things in writing, so things are clearly defined. My teeth were overcrowded and that just added to the cavities. Dr. Mittal's office worked with me on financing for Invisalign treatment so that it was an affordable treatment method. The Invisaligns not only helped with the over crowding of my teeth, but it also helped train me in good dental habits. You need to brush everytime you take the trays out after all. Not only that, but their office has always been especially understanding. Early on, when I was just starting to work with Dr. Mittal's office, my wife was going through cancer treatment. I was a bit of a mess and had been late to more than one appointment. However, Dr. Mittal's office never charged me a late fee or made me feel any shame for the inconvenience. That alone has made me a loyal patient here. My wife is now in remission and I have been cavity free for about a year now. I'm going to keep going to see Dr. Mittal for as long as my health insurance and finances allow it.
