Three days later the problem happened again -- 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. They close at 4:00 on Friday and aren't open on Sat. Dr Reckner told me to come right over and did a stronger repair by putting a pin in. Until you've been facing days with one of your front teeth missing, you can't appreciate the fact that the Dr was concerned enough to tell you to come right away. Meh: the dentists are mid as I had a dental crown fall off within two years (for context, my other crown from a different practice stayed put for over 15 years). Some of them also try to aggressively push for services / procedures you don't need - seek a second opinion when in doubt. Negatives: their billing department runs an absolute racket with shady practices. They try to charge you upfront prior to submitting to your insurance, lie to your face that insurance denied the claim (it was denied because the "claim" was integral to the procedure and no separate payment was applicable), and try to charge you beyond insurance negotiated rates by calling it an "upgrade". Take a printout of your insurance EOB and compare with their itemized invoice prior to paying anything!

I loved my old Dentist and hygienist, two people I've gone to twice a year for close to twenty years. I started researching Dentists that accepted my new insurance and found Dr. Fournier's office. Then, while flossing (proof I floss), I ripped out an old filling. I called this office to set up an appointment and they told me November was for hygiene checks, about five months from now. A great sign that they are busy, but I explained I had an issue. They told me they could see me sooner for that, so we set an appointment for Monday. The staff were friendly, but after meeting Dr. Fournier, I knew I had my next dentist. Her personality was amazing, bedside manner was perfect. They had to drill and fill my tooth today, no lie, I think I was out of there in fifteen minutes... She kind of joked about how I am with Dentists, am I nervous, am I okay with needles, all sorts of questions, because we don't know each other. When I was injected, she told me to breathe out and breathe in. Did that work? When I had that tooth drilled before, I teared up. Not from pain, but because that spot was connected somehow to my left eye's tear duct... Did the breathing work? Maybe? After my appointment, they told me there were some cancellations the week of the Fourth of July, so no more November check. I'll be back this month. The only two things that make me nervous are having to make a left out of that parking lot. I could make a right and find my way home, but I feel it could not be good at rush hour. No issues today. The second thing is that I have an internal dread that Dr. Fournier is going to retire someday while I still need dental work... I don't want to find someone new. I also befriended everyone in my HR department to ensure they won't switch insurance on me again...

He did a great job with orthodontic work for me and my kids and is never rushed or flustered. All members of the office staff know you by name and everyone greets you personally as you walk in. Not only did they make the Invisalign experience seamless, they were also willing to address any minor tweaks and patient satisfaction seems to always come first. They go above and beyond with customer experience by celebrating patient birthdays with personalized cards and Dunkin Donut gift cards, offering ice cream bars in the summer and always rewarding patients with high quality branded items at treatment milestones i.e. water bottles, insulated coffee mugs and t-shirts that go beyond regular tchotchkes.
