I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Eber in July for November because I had recently moved back to…read morethe area and was switching over all of my doctors. I worked via email with Linda and she sent me paperwork to fill out as attachments. I printed and filled out the paperwork and asked Linda if I should bring the forms to my appointment or send them back to her over email. I received no response. I followed up on my previous email to which I also received no response. Fast forward to November and it is now the week before my appointment. Linda calls me and tells me I will be sent links to fill out paperwork online. I told her we talked via email and that I printed the forms she originally sent me and never received a response whether I should bring them in or send them back over email. She said it was fine if I just brought the forms to my appointment. She also asked me if I could come in a different day (earlier in the week) and I said no. A couple days later Linda called me once again to ask if I could come in earlier and I let her know that I already told her that I would not be able to due to my work schedule. She told me she would write a note. The day before my appointment Linda called me once again to confirm my appointment which I did. Later that afternoon she told me the doctor was sick and there were no other doctors that could see me because they didn't take my insurance. This whole experience was extremely unprofessional and not how I should have been treated as a new patient. It is also very convenient that the doctor was "sick" the day before Thanksgiving after trying to reschedule my appointment multiple times. Do not waste your time scheduling an appointment 4 months in advance here or at all.

That is not something that should be discussed in front of other patients in the waiting room, nor should she be on personal phone calls while patients are in the waiting room. My young son who has been a patient there since he was 3 was anxious about some dental work and clearly the dentist had no patience that day. He called my son names and then sent us home after he already started to drill a tooth. This is the most unprofessional treatment I've received ever by someone in the "medical" field. My son didn't deserve to be treated that way.

I scheduled an appointment for august 23rd at the oak Forest location and upon arrival to my appointment nobody was in the building the doors were locked and they were closed. they had booked me on a day that they closed and they forgot about me I drove over 45 minutes to get there from my house and I had to drive another 45 minutes to drive back home. I waited one week and received no phone calls from them, not even a simple apology.. after one week I called them to explain to them that they forgot about me and how I drove out for nothing and that I really needed an appointment as soon as possible because my teeth had been hurting.. however they told me there was no opening and nothing they could do for me and they suggested I can wait three weeks for an appointment with them! Still with no apology and no empathy toward their mistake! I decided I will not be returning. they lost a patient that used to go to them for over 10 years. Good news is I was able to find a new dentist to accommodate me and to get me in for my pain as soon as possible, thankfully!

When I was having issues with pain after my wisdom teeth were pulled he helped me figure out that I was over-irrigating the sockets, an instruction I had received from my oral surgeon. Once I stopped irrigation my pain subsided. My husband has seen Dr Glenn and also his wife (i can't remember her name at the moment) for a cleaning. He raved about both of them and told me he could tell they really enjoy their jobs. The staff is very helpful and friendly and overall our experiences with the practice have been excellent.

Every time we go in for a cleaning, we have to check whether they're in-network with our insurance because they keep switching from in to out-of-network. It's very frustrating. The last time my family went in for our routine appointments, we were told that they were again in-network. We then received $600 in bills because they weren't. It has been a huge hassle and the fillings we have had there haven't lasted - 2 of us had to see a different dentist to have work fixed just 6 months after we had it done at Amazing Smiles. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Seriously.
