When we showed up, they were expecting us, and they treated our child well. We were in and out within an hour (remember we booked online about two hours precious). Everything was friendly; the nurse actually got out kid several stickers. We felt cared for and welcomed. We've been here three times and been pleased every time with the care. Yes, there will be peak times when you will wait a while, but it's immediate care, not a hospital or a primary practice. Thus far, all diagnoses and prescribed medicines have worked out great. Two months later I got a bill for over $300 because Peachtree billed my my insurance company for an "out of network primary care doctor visit" instead of an "urgent care visit". To try and scam more money from me and my insurance. Both my insurance company and I ended up calling them dozens of times to correct it They finally admitted their mistake and told me not to worry about it, however, they STILL sent the remainder of the bill to collections and never fixed it! I went back in 2022 and found out I STILL had the balance and they refused to treat me until I paid. I ended up giving them $100 on JUST TO BE SEEN!. Then yesterday I went there a third time. Almost 10 years later and the same thing happened! I called the billing department while in waiting room and for the third time in almost 10 years was told by a supervisor it was a mistake THEY made. I should not have been billed for a primary care doctor visit out of network. I should have only been billed for an urgent care however, I STILL owe the money Because THEY CAN NOT correct it. They acknowledged I did NOT receive the treatment I was billed for they Acknowledged that I paid the deductible at the counter they acknowledge they billed my insurance company AND received money from them too! Plus, they acknowledged I gave them $100 out of pocket 3 years ago just to get TREATMENT So, I asked the guy hey, did I pay a deductible at the counter in 2016? He said yes. I asked, did you get the sum of an "urgent care visit" from my insurance company? Yes, he replied. did I give you another $100, 3 years ago for a bill I shouldn't have gotten that YOU sent to collections? YES... THEN WHY CANT I BE SEEN TODAY? His response was ludicrous. "You have to PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE sir because that's WHAT IT SAYS you have to pay" WTF?! They are CROOKS!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with the billing department until I finally told the guy on the phone well I guess you don't want my business today. I will go somewhere else and he said ok! I went across the street to WELLSTAR URGENT CARE. I got checked in, seen, AND treated in less time than I wasted on the phone with peach tree billing! IT WAS NO ACCIDENT THEY BILLED MY INSURANCE WRONG!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND YOUR INSURNACE! KNOWING IF YOU COME BACK AGAIN YOU WILL BE DENIED CARE UNTIL YOU PAY THEM! ITS EXTORTION!!

Primary Care Dr. really shows care and concern for her patients. Takes time to listen to…read moreyou..really listens. Never in a rush. I really like here and glad she came highly recommended. Office staff is friendly and courteous. Dr's Nurse, Naomi is a Priceless Jewel . Meaning she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She takes shows true care for the patient and is a sweet person. Great place to go and get the care you need.
