He arrived the same day and diagnosed the problem with my LG refrigerator and LG oven, both needing repair. No only is Daniel knowleable, but he is respectful, transparent and has good business sense which he demonstrated in assessment of my appliances. His ability to serve his customers goes way beyond the repair. The foundation of his work rests on his desire to help you to accomplish your goals leading to your customer satisfaction. I found this to be true of Daniel. Daniel provided reasonable and professional estimates in detail with no pressure. I highly recommend Aeolus Services to all. Thank you, Daniel!

Recently we were having some plumbing repairs and the man doing work showed us the shower drain had never been connected to the sewer! So we have water laying in the crawl space. Showed up, ran a snake, cleared the clog and left. I received the bill the following week and it was outrageous. I called the office and ask why all of the separate charges. 1st visit just to look. $110.00 plus $5.00 fuel charge 2nd visit to snake. $220.00 plus $ 5.00 fuel charge Plus a $75.00 charge just to run the snake. I thought that would be covered under the $110.00 SERVICE FEE CHARGE? He was here a total of 45 minutes, in and out, job done! Office worker said $110.00 is the minimum charge per hour and the additional $110.00 the second day was his drive time! It's 12 miles door to door each way. So he charged me $110.00 to drive here PLUS $110.00 for 45 minutes of work PLUS an additional $5.00 FUEL CHARGE! Total bill was $415 to run a snake in a kitchen sink that was very accessible. Taking advantage of a senior citizen is not good business practice. I will tell everyone I meet to NOT use him and I will not call James Plumbing in the future. Outrageous! Poor communication, mediocre methods…read more My husband and I hired Jim (no contract, cash exchange) to take care of some duct work in our kitchen. We started a major remodel in the beginning of December. Jim was referred to us by a plumber. We checked out his reviews on Homeadvisor and Facebook, and decided he was it. Jim's work was sloppy when he did actually show. A job that he said would take a few days took 4 weeks because each time he did show up he "forgot" material, or said there was a miscommunication about what we asked him to do. He would plan to show up for work and then not show up - when we would call him to check on his status he claimed to be out on emergency. A personal emergency pulled him away from work for over a week, but we did understand this. However when he returned his work was poorly completed and not at all worth what we paid. His last day in our kitchen I called him after inspecting his work to tell him something felt off and asked him to call me back. He never did. I've reported him and his company to the Better Business Bureau.

I searched online and found that Keyser Mechanical was nearby and had strong reviews. I called and Jim answered on the first ring. He said he could be right over and he arrived within 90 minutess. Our 15+ year old coil had failed and he gave us two options, repair and recharge with the expensive R-22 refridgerant or spend a bit more and replace the compressor too. He made it very clear and did not pressure us in one direction but the decision was easy, replace the system. He was booked up for the next several days but offered to come on the following Sunday morning at 9:00am to replace our units. I shared what my budget was and he recommended a solid unit that met our needs and he had lots of experience with. Hot days were on the way before he could do the install, so get this, he refilled our old system with R-22 to tide us over until Sunday, at no extra charge! He contacted us the day before the install date and arrived right on time Sunday at 9:00am. He said it would take 2 hours, and it did. He was friendly, professional and didn't mind me standing over him asking questions as I am a curious sort of person. The system has been in for about a month and is wonderful. No issues, no problems, highly recommended! I wish all contractors were this reliable and professional. Call Jim!!!
