I pulled up to the vacuum area with 5 lanes and for some reason my lane was the only that wasn't moving. I rolled my window down and politely asked if there was a reason why my lane wasn't moving only. The person in the front just looked at me annoyed and put her hand up? I live very close to this place so it's convenient to go here. But they do a poor job in cleaning. They hardly clean inside of the cup holders, back seats- they don't wipe down. They don't remove the water from within your mirrors so when you drive off it spills and then you get a water mark down your car as you're driving home. I've gone here twice now and thought that the first time was a good deal. For us paying that much and expect to get a good deal would be asking too much from these people. They didn't even bother to completely dry the car, left dirt in areas that are visible, and didn't even bother getting the tough spots that have been left from sap of other debris that was on the car. At $30 for their basic "bronze" level wash, they won't even shine your tires. I knew when I picked the package though so the 1-star isn't because of that. The did a horrible job cleaning my car. They were so short on staff that most cars dried before they had a chance to wipe it down. That led to water spots galore. The last 4 or 5 times I've come here, my car has taken an hour at least to be done, so if you're planning on coming here, you better have a book or something to do. I even ate breakfast once and worked for about 50 minutes recently, and still had to wait 10-15 more minutes before it was done. That's not to say that the folks work extremely hard and get the car clean, but they just deal with so much volume that there can be quite a bit disorganization on which vehicle is supposed to be worked on next, and some peoples' cars might get worked on before yours, even if they came after...Once, I saw my car sit for 15 minutes before someone got to it. So sometimes, the less patient patrons get huffy and you gotta deal with people complaining, but the fact that there are easily 20 cars on the lot at a given time still shows they get the job done. Just make sure you have the time and schedule accordingly, and just keep an eye on it so that you can call attention if necessary. They have those "subscription-based" plans as everything else does now a day, so there's that too...just not worth it for me. Don't forget to tip!!! read more

I really wanted to like this place because it's the closest good carwash near me... but I don't. I can't. If you come in from Amar you have to either turn left before, go through an awful parking lot, and then turn around to the right to enter. Or, you have to go down Nogales and make a U-turn to come back up and pull in. In the scheme of things this is minor, but still an annoyance. On to why the one star. The price is reasonable. Maybe a touch higher than other washes, but only just. When I entered I stopped to enjoy the birds in their cages and realized that the cages are filthy. And, worse, the birds' water is absolutely fucking disgusting. Ringed with poop, and the fetid water itself is green and brown, and loaded with poop. And even WORSE, one of the birds in their cage was dead as a result. Yup. Plopped over dead in his cage. Probably forced to drink his own poop water because that's all there was. Would you like to drink your own shit? I know I wouldn't. For the car, after it exited the wash it sat for 25 minutes before they even started on it. This isn't an exaggeration. 25 minutes. (I was noting the time because I planned to review it.) When I got home I checked and found several spots that hadn't been washed at all, mostly on the rear of it. Brought my car in for the standard wash. After I left, as I was getting on the freeway, my right side mirror literally fell off the car and onto the road. All that was left was some strange blue glue. It was obvious that during the course of the wash, they had broken the mirror off and then tried to GLUE IT BACK ON SO I WOULDN'T NOTICE. So not only did they break my mirror, they then tried to cover it up. I called them to ask if there was anything they were willing to do to fix it and they said no, because the vehicle had left the premises of the car wash, they would take zero responsibility. This is the shadiest experience I have EVER HAD with literally any company I have ever done business with. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. A few months ago, I saw signage of the monthly car wash membership. I've been looking for a local hand wash that was reasonably priced, so I thought I'd give it a try! Depending on the product of choice, depends on which lane you drive up. The lane to the far left is the wash only, dedicated to just a car wash, no hand drying or cleaning inside the car. For you to use the easy service, you are required to download the "EverWash" app onto your smartphone. Choose the product you wish to purchase and all you have to do is show the QR code for them to scan. You can go as many times you want during the monthly membership. I chose the "regular express" wash and at least had my car washed 4 times a month, breaking down to 1 wash per week. So the breakdown per wash was pretty reasonable. For the regular express wash, you actually stay in your car. You drive up to the car wash, instructed by one of their staff to ensure the safe entry of your car into the wash. Once they give you the good to go, put your car in neutral. You car is hand washed by 2 attendants and then through automated rinsing and air drying services. But every time I went through the wash, there was an attendant that did a quick hand dry of my car. Don't expect it to be a thorough drying, but make sure you are courteous to tip the attendant! The regular wash definitely worth it, keeping it dirt and dust free. I park my car in the garage at home, but it is parked outdoors for work. This membership is absolutely worth it to keep exterior of car clean! read more

Very unhappy with the work done here. I paid 65 dollars for the best car wash they have offered which included detailing on the inside and out AND interior shampoo. When my car was finished they quickly and briefly showed me the inside, closed the doors and rushed me off. The main reason I came here today was because my Labrador Retriever sheds like crazy and left my back seat covered in hair. The pictures I add to this review will show you how my back seat stIll looked AFTER it was "vacuumed" and "detailed." Another photo which I provided below is of the front of my car AFTER the service. Water spots everywhere. When I asked them about it they said they were going to charge me an extra $150 to remove WATER SPOTS.
