First let me start by saying I am perfectionist, so I was surprised when reading the other reviews…read more My experience was not anything as they described. I booked Event Planners Of Houston about two weeks out due to all the Covid-19 restrictions and not knowing If I would be able to have my special day. When I tell you this lady and her team are a life saver, I mean it. They were on top of their stuff. She came up with the timeline within a few days, confirmed all vendors and got clarification on any issues that may have been in their contracts. Communication was out of this world, They made sure everything was to my liking, spotted issues and came up with solutions without me having to tell them. I couldn't have imagined my day without them. Sharon went above and beyond to make sure that my day was stress free and more. She coordinated the rehearsal start to finish making sure I was satisfied, She made sure my family was there for photos, and assisted where needed from helping with setting up to bringing us food and drinks. She stayed in communication with the vendors to make sure they were doing what they were suppose to and on time. I ran into an issue with the venue not providing chair pads as originally included and Sharon fought for me to get what was originally promised and even reached out to all her contacts to try to get me some. So if your looking for a company that is going to make sure your event is everything you dreamed of and more Event Planners of Houston is the company for you. You could not ask for better people who are more professional, thorough, and experienced. I will forever be thankful. Thanks Ladies.

Event Planners of Houston was the main source of stress on my wedding day. I was hesitant to write…read morea review because they generously donated our coordination package for a Hurricane Harvey fundraiser, but I still should have received the same level of service as a full paying bride. Communication prior to the wedding was mediocre at best, and did not feel like a "month of" planning package. A week before the wedding, they were supposed to send me the wedding day timeline to approve. They did not send it to me and sent it to all my vendors with the incorrect start times causing all the vendors to contact me, and then I had to follow up with everyone and correct the time. The rehearsal was rushed and I felt like we were inconveniencing them. Everyone was excited for the wedding and EPOH made it seem like they had somewhere to be exactly an hour after our start time, even though we were the only event that day and they traveled specifically to coordinate our event. The day of the wedding, communication was horrible, I had to reach out several times to find out what was going on. I saw the coordinators one time before the wedding- We were all on site at the same location and I had to text to find out what was going on. The candy buffet was sad looking, and instead of leaving the extra candy for us as the contract stated, they packed it all up and took it home, including the candy we brought ourselves. Despite my bridesmaids saying they were lined up wrong, they were sent down the isle incorrectly and my maid of honor was first down the isle. Due to rain we started late, and the caterer said they were scheduled to leave before anyone was fed. EPOH coordinators came up and told me this while I was getting ready to be introduced. Again, this is an issue that they should have rectified before it even got to me. Luckily I had friends and family that was able to pick up the slack and deal with the issue. Finally, they took off at some point in the night, I'm not even really sure when. They did not say goodbye, didn't notify anyone they were leaving, and left for the night. I would not recommend EPOH for anyone's event.

I mentioned that my party event was on a Sunday. i forgot who i made arrangements with but she was very nice and i felt welcomed. I paid in full with deposit and was told id get it after they pick up. I got a phone call a week or so give or take before the party and was asked if they can deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday and i was fine with that. They delivered and all was set. So a day before the party i started to set up the basics and found that 2 chairs were missing a screw to where i didnt feel they were safe to use so i called and left them messages to inform them of the issue and that i was not going to use them. Monday came , they picked up, I called them to make sure they got my messages and they did. They told me they were going to refund me for the chairs added to my deposit refund. Everything went smooth. I felt no hassle whatsoever. They were so friendly and their customer service was excellent. I will be going to them for any future events. I highly recommend them. Im usually worried of things going wrong but after my experience with them i know with them i will have no worries.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in Tomball Party Rental. I searched high and low for white…read morechina with a silver accent and silver chargers. When my fiancé and I walked in and had our consultation with Brandy everything went smoothly. We had everything covered and I was happy. All the issues started once we paid them in full. First, they promised they would deliver and pickup on a Sunday - this was what we based our decision to use them. After we paid in full, they informed us that because it was a Sunday they were unable to deliver and pick up the linens and china. Even though we had CONFIRMED with them before signing anything that they could deliver and pickup on Sunday. My fiancé advised that we should ask for a refund then and we SHOULD have. Second, they charged us to rent a trailer FROM them, because they were unable to deliver. This trailer turned into a NIGHTMARE! When my family went to go pick up the trailer there was an accident and they were caught in traffic. Tomball Party Rental called us multiple times to say they weren't going to stay open late. After some negotiating they stayed late. When my family got there to pick up the trailer, it was a LOW BOY! An open trailer, with everything tied down to it! Brandy had assured me it would be a small, enclosed trailer "like a small Uhaul" were her words exactly. Considering we picked up the day before the wedding, there was a chance of rain that night, how were we going to secure all that merchandise (since we live out of town) over night?! So my parents loaded everything up in their vehicle and headed to the motel. The next day when we were setting everything up for the wedding, the silver chargers we warped, cracked and delaminating.Their napkins were also the thinnest thing possible so that you couldn't even fold them! (Which is something we had specifically wanted when we had the consultation.) Please learn from my mistake, do not EVER use this company for ANYTHING. I will never do business with them again.
