I am really concerned. We submitted our paperwork and were informed in December that everything was fine and wait for the next step. I asked my husband to follow up and was informed that a payment did not go through. I frantically looked through bank statements, contacted my bank only to discover the payment was not processed. I do ask for a work permit but first get a Parole in place and she tell me i will get it in 8 months, nice I said but after the parole was received they take a break of 2 months and when they contact me, they want to make another charge for the work permit which I won't accepted and they agree to do that without charges but never get a work permit now it's one year and a month from first consultation. unbelieved this attorneymake the mistakes she did but most the trust on her word. read more

I'm actually a client, and let me tell you I won't be for long. Ive been a client for maybe 4 years now maybe more, and nothing has changed with my legal status. I've never even seen this lawyer. The interns or paralegals never have good answers about my case, no one ever knows what's going on, they transfer my calls to I don't know who! (They always say random names) I've left voicemails and no one ever gets back to me. They have no problem sending me bills or emails on what I have to pay, but never contact me for any further information. I'm very upset because I've spend over 8,000 and nothing is happening. Maybe if they read this they'll actually get back to some clients. The only thing I regret is not firing them. So sad, lawyers are suppose to help people that pay them, not take advantage of, and that's exactly how I feel. read more

I lost my whole day of work for this consult for nothing!! I called and emailed them all day (no lie) and everytime i called the receptionist would leave me on hold for 30 plus minutes !!! I asked for refund because I paid for a service I did not receive. And they act like it's impossible to do, it's possible when a client doesn't get what was paid for. read more
