Figueroa / Lee WAS THE BEST, MOST HELPFUL, HONEST, KIND, APPROACHABLE, and will work with you! She worked in USCIS so SHE KNOWS HER STUFF. Also, wouldn't you want a lawyer that knew the people in USCIS, and therefore, those people knew her too, and therefore, USCIS people would go like, "Oh yeah, this is Sonia's-- just let it through, we know her!"? A lot of the lawyers I spoke to gave me the generic "...according to the rules...etc..." or "USCIS says in their page...etc..." but NOT ATTY Figueroa/Lee! She helped me and my husband to go through every single step during our migration process after we got married a year ago, last November his petition was approved and I became an American resident. The day of our interview the officer was asking for an extra paper we did not have because it was not part of the list, he was kinda new and we of course wouldn't know what to respond but Sonia totally got us and explain to him why he was making a mistake by asking for that paper, I would never forget seeing her in action and doing her thing.
